The driver worked with my husband for a long time to get the very heavy bike loaded and then was extremely careful with it to get it safely transported. This company really bailed us out of a tough spot so we didn't have to leave the bike unattended at the top of App Gap. And the price was really reasonable for a Saturday and a very tough job. I called for a jump start at 1026 Friday morning, June 12th, because the brand new battery that had…read morejust been installed on my car on May 12th 2026 was dead. I never got a call or a text from anyone, as AAA had said would happen, the tow truck just appeared. Upon opening the hood, the driver immediately complained about the state of the battery terminals but refused to clean them. He told me that I should pour sodium bicarbonate on each terminal, followed by vinegar, finally rinsing with clean water, but only once the issue he'd been called for was rectified. After that lecture, he had me get in the car to be ready to start it. He retrieved a jump pack and I watched him connect the black cable to the positive terminal on the battery. As soon as he connected the red cable to the negative terminal there was a sound like a gunshot and the horn started blasting. The driver jumped about six feet away from the car and it took him almost ten seconds to disconnect the red cable from the negative terminal which silenced the horn. He then unhooked the black cable from the positive side and put the red on the positive and the black on the negative. The incorrect connection caused something to happen to the jump pack because the driver spent several minutes trying to get it to work again, and once he did he again started trying to charge the battery. Somehow, as soon as he got the jump pack working and connected, he told me that the battery was fully charged with a charge of "11.1" according to the jump pack. Despite those claims, the interior lights wouldn't turn on, the hazards wouldn't turn on, and when I tried starting the car, the gauges and warning lights lit up, but the starter wouldn't even click over. Apparently because of the horn sounding, he accused me of running the battery down by leaving the alarm on. (The alarm is a beeping horn, not a constant blast.) When I told him that the horn blast was not the alarm, he accused me of leaving the interior lights on and then of leaving multiple doors open when I exited the car on Tuesday, thereby killing the battery. I asked if something like a fuse could have blown when the cables were hooked up incorrectly. He looked in the main fuse box under the hood, and used a screwdriver and pliers to remove fuses, ostensibly checking to see if they were blown. He then informed me that something must have damaged the electrical system causing the, in his opinion, fully charged battery, to not be working. He said he was going tow the car to a garage of his choosing but he wouldn't with the truck he was driving because he had a hard time getting the truck up the driveway. I said I wanted to talk to my mechanic before it got towed. He left in a huff. I spoke with my mechanic who was horrified that the driver had connected the jump pack backwards. They expressed concern that the driver had done some unseen damage to the electrical components of the car. He recommended that I report what had happened to both AAA and you. I called your main number, got your answering service, explained the concern, and asked to speak to the owner. I was told I would get a call back within 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, I got a call from 802-458-2315. The individual identified themselves as Duane and when I explained the concern, they said that they had been the person who responded (so it wasn't the owner as requested) and he had done nothing wrong. I told him that I had watched him connect the cables backwards. He called me a liar and said I hadn't seen what I saw. He went on to say that batteries "always" arc when cables are connected. I asked again to speak to the owner or his supervisor. He said he would have them call me in a few minutes. 24 hours later I still haven't heard a word from anyone. I've had several previous opportunities to call AAA for Roadside Assistance, and every time your company has responded, it's been a positive experience. Now, I have no working car, you can't be bothered to respond to my concerns, and I'm at a loss. I have grave doubts that the person who responded has ever had any training, either in terms of using the jump pack, or in customer service.

Got truck back after he called me for payment over the phone (big mistake) and it's HORRENDOUS! Paid him $9,081.93 ($6,745 bodywork and paint -includes his cc fees and $2,336.93 includes his cc fees for engine work!) Picked up truck was horrified at bodywork. He sent pics from a distance which looked amazing but when you see it up close weld marks are visible where patches were done, seams rusting, exposed bondo, no paint on roof, excessive drip marks etc! Any professional after putting primer on and seeing these flaws would have NEVER painted it! To top it off, there are paint boogers all over truck and excessive drop marks!!! When we picked the truck up not only were we mortified at the bodywork and paint but the Truck didn't start!!! After his instructions of telling us it's our "ignition switch" and to "nail the pedal down to get it started" we drove back to NJ which was HORRIBLY. Called him several times. He initially said he would come pick it up w his flatbed tow and fix it (He's a Tow guy). He said repeatedly when we initially seen it, that if we're not happy he'll gladly strip it and redo it! A few days into back and forth calls and texts He decided to hang up and never return a call! We were scammed That's the bottom line. He had our Truck from January 1 through May 15!! He was going through a rough time w a forked passing away and had a bad accident so we cut him a break on timeframe . But instead of doing the job correctly he decided to do a rush Job. He does social media posts lying to his "cheerleaders" (FB friends) who he manipulates and lies to - while not giving them true facts or costs! Jason Gagnon is a fraud and a pathological liar!! My Truck is at a shop in NJ within 10 days of picking up from his shop. Found EXCESSIVE amounts of GAS in oil! Any mechanic knows what that means as the gas wore out my engine components - it's junk now!! We now need ANOTHER engine from his incompetence. The bodywork and paint need to be redone! RUN FROM THIS GUY! We initially met him by getting a couple of tows as we are Vermont seasonals. He talks a good talk and we befriended him. As soon as he got nearly $10K out of us and scammed, he has ignored us and left us with a terrible mess and a costly one! We asked him for for a fair settlement of $8,100 because he had paint costs - so we can pay another mechanic for engine pull and install ($2500) and so we can get our bodywork and paint fixed! He's refusing. Unfortunately we will be left w no choice but to hire an attorney. Stay away!!!

They were unable to pull our van out, and said they'd be back the following morning with a wrecker, with no qualifications. When Jags did in fact not return the following morning, we followed up and were told they would not come back until we sanded the driveway. We'd not been told about this requirement but had it done in 30min. When we called back, we were told they would come back that day. After many follow ups to Jags, always committing to return, we went to bed with our stuck van and no word from Jags. Day three began again, calling Jags. They were surprised that despite committing continually that they'd return, that we hadn't found someone else to pull us out. Said they'd be back sometime that day. At this point we called AAA asking for another vendor to help us. AAA called Jags anyways, and he refused the job, but again, no word to us from Jags that they wouldn't be coming. Glad we had food, as we were housebound for three days due to Jags. Never again.

The state trooper who was first on the scene called snow and tow and to their credit, they arrived quickly. While the vehicle was loaded onto the truck, I asked where my vehicle was going, to which the driver of the truck replied Junctions Auto. Keep in mind I was visiting Vermont and have absolutely no idea what garages are in the area. I then double checked and asked when to call them, he said in about an hour, and then gave me their phone number. I was given a ride back to Mass as I assumed it was going to be set from there, the following day I called Junction Auto to ask about my car. The man who answered said they didn't have it. Naturally I begin freaking out, immediately calling Snow & Tow Services to which I received no answer, but I'm not sweating it yet, they could be busy so I leave a voicemail. A day goes by with no call back, I call again, no answer, again leaving a voicemail. Fast forward two full days with still no reply, and every time I called up until this point, it was during business hours. I ask my friend who lives in Vermont if they could check out their lot to see if it was there, when they drove by, there was nothing there, not just no car, but no business. The address they have listed leads to nowhere. After another day of no response I go straight to the police, and majestically within the same day I get a panicked call back from Snow & Tow Services after they received a call from the Police. I ask "why wasn't my car brought to Junction Auto?" To which he replied they never said that they never said that. After explaining that I quite literally don't live in the state and don't know what or where Junction Auto is until the driver of the truck who instructed me that it was going there, told me that. He continued to deny everything. I spoke with both Junction Auto and my insurance broker, and they both said the same thing. "They're a shady company who rips people off" Avoid this towing service at literally every cost.
