Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

I called Butch to diagnose and repair my classic 87 Buick Grand National with an HVAC system that…read morehadn't worked since I purchased the car in 2018. Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

I'm honestly so grateful for the team at Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair. Walking into a repair…read moreshop can be nerve‑racking, but the moment I stepped inside, Lisa at the front desk made me feel completely at ease. She has this calm, reassuring way of talking to you--like she genuinely cares about what you're going through, not just what's wrong with your car. She kept me updated, explained everything with patience, and treated me with a level of kindness you don't see often anymore. Cas, the owner, is the kind of person who restores your faith in small businesses. You can feel his honesty and pride in the way he runs his shop. He treats people with respect, listens, and makes sure you understand exactly what's happening. It's rare to meet someone in this industry who leads with integrity the way he does. And Carlos, one of Cas's techs, is incredible at what he does. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. He went above and beyond on my car, and when I drove away, I felt this huge sense of relief--like I was finally in good hands. Knowing someone that skilled and dedicated worked on my vehicle gave me real peace of mind. This place isn't just about fixing cars. It's about people who care--people who treat you like a human being, not a transaction. I left feeling taken care of, respected, and honestly a little emotional because experiences like this are rare. Cas has built something special with Lisa and Carlos, and I'm thankful I found them. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I bought some springs to lower my car and finally found a shop that not only did a great job, but…read moredidn't break the bank. The gentleman at the front desk quoted me $360 just for the labor. It was $100/$150 lower than many other shops in the area. When you lower your car you also need an alignment. The shop did that as well for a total of $450. They did a great job of keeping me up to date with an eta and didn't go beyond the time they quoted me. Im overall happy with the ride and the work they did. I definitely recommend them!
