You can buy machine screw assortments on Amazon for $20. I offered my bag of assorted screws but didn't have the right size to do it properly. I drove down to Ace to get the right size screw but by the time I got back he had forced it with a mega screw he found in my supply and did not use the offset so if it breaks again it will not be fixable. $175 dollars. Will never use Allstar ever Again.

I originally used another company to fix my dishwasher because it was covered under warranty. They came out five times, and the problem was still never fixed. Finally, I called Mid Cape Appliance. They came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem, and within two days James had the part and my dishwasher was back up and running. A few months later, I got a new refrigerator and the water stopped working, so there was no ice or water coming from the dispenser. Since the refrigerator was only one month old, I called Whirlpool. They said it was under warranty and sent their local company, but it took them three months just to come out, and they still couldn't tell me what was wrong. So I called James at Mid Cape Appliance. He came out the next day, found the problem with the water line, and repaired it for me on the spot. It was fantastic service. Most companies would have charged me for a diagnostic visit and then charged me again to come back and fix it, but not James. He handled everything in one visit. Then my washing machine started making a funny noise. This time, I called Mid Cape Appliance first. They scheduled a service call within a few days. James came out, explained the problem, ordered the parts, and a few weeks later called me back to schedule a time that worked for me and fixed it. I now call Mid Cape Appliance whenever I have a problem with an appliance because they are friendly, on time, and get the job done quickly and professionally.

He called me back promptly and after a brief description of the issue, he said he would come take a look the following day. When he got here, he was efficient and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that he needed to order a part, but would be back to fix everything as soon as it came in. It only took a day and he was back to fix the oven. Both the oven valve and ignitor needed replacing. He installed both of the new parts in a jiffy and was done within 30 minutes. His prices are also very reasonable. They tried to come an hour and a half late today. I told them to kick rocks. I took the afternoon off from work to meet them at my house at a designated time.
