I reached out to Team Forss to see if selling the house would be worth it since the reverse mortgage loan was so high. Ultimately we chose not to sell because we didn't have a lot of breathing room with the reverse mortgage being so much. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and if I or a family member ever need to sell a house she's the first one I'm reaching out to.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

We live out of town and work in a demanding profession so our availability and desire to see homes often last minute in the current very competitive market were not a problem for Marie. She always was able to get appointments to see the homes we wanted to see. Marie's expertise shined throughout the home buying process. When we made our offer on our home, there were already multiple offers being presented to the seller. Marie told us exactly how to structure our offer to be the winning offer, and low and behold, she was right! She offered several choices for inspectors and we were very happy with the one we chose. During inspection, the sellers had left out all of the receipts from all upgrades as well as the plans from a major addition that had been completed in 2011. To show just how thorough Marie is, she looked up the square footage of the house on the county assessors website and found that there was a discrepancy of over 700 feet! She worked with the sellers to identify why and get it corrected with the county. Within days of closing, we talked to the current pool guy who mentioned a repair that needed to be done on the pool. He estimated it to be a $1,000 repair and the sellers had not disclosed it. Marie worked with the seller's agent to get us a credit for that repair. I can't say enough about Marie's excellent service. She answered our every question during the whole process, and always made us feel like we were valued clients. We are so lucky that we got to have her as our buyers' agent!

She made sure I did my due diligence, pointing out details and things to investigate that I would have completely missed on my own. Even during evenings and her own vacation time, she was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. I truly felt like I was getting more than I could have hoped for. I would choose Marie 100 out of 100 times and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you Marie! You are amazing!

I cannot say enough great things about Christian!…read more We live in NorCal and needed to sell our rental property. We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!

Christian took the time to educate us about the Menifee area, understand what we were looking for, and help narrow down our options. He immediately got to work helping us find the right home for our family. Being out of town buyers, we had a ton of questions throughout the process. From understanding solar agreements to home inspections, timelines, and everything in between, there were a lot of moving parts. Christian was always available, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining everything so we felt comfortable making decisions.
