Against my better judgement I had a licensed Real Estate Agent and business broker contact this company to obtain information about a business that Willard Michlin of Kismet Real Estate Investments listed at www.bizben.com. To say that this effort has be fruitless would almost, but not quite, be a lie... The staff and "certified business broker" cannot seem to provide any real information (i.e. previous gross or net sales for a company that is at least 5 years old) about the business that they have offered for sale and the follow-up is almost non-existent. At this point I wonder if there is a business for sale or if the broker is just completely inept. The bottom line is that they are not professional and certainly don't seem to represent sellers favorably.
