We have had to have the electrical and plumbing re--done as the pool was not grounded! The local pool builder we had fix our plumbing said it looked as though Dr. Seuss had paid us a visit...in reference to the child-like pvc structure. And we are still trying to get the concrete coping corrected, which bit by bit is falling off. Their "trusted" concrete company, Triple Crown has not been able to fix the coping after 3 attempts. They are completely incompetent in every aspect of pool installation, fiberglass or gunite/concrete which they also do. Had problems form the very beginning and called Leisure Pools to find another installer, but they said they could not recommend any one else, these guys are the best. I believe they have since cut ties after all the complaints not only from us, but others in San Antonio. I truly believe they prey on the uneducated population in Del Rio and take advantage of them....every single pool they have done outside of Del Rio has had problems.
