My father had a few plumbing issues that needed to be taken care of, so we called Robles Plumbing to fix them once and for all. I placed a call to the main office, and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and took notes of the issues we needed to get fixed. We agreed on a Thursday morning appointment, and the plumber showed up (with face mask) ready to work. In an hour and a half, we had new shut off valves, new bathroom sink faucet, and a working shower in the master bathroom. We also had new PVC piping installed for the kitchen sink with no issues. BEWARE! They come in to do a small job which they under price everyone to get and then while there tell you you have a much bigger problem. I had to ask them for an invoice. Which they provided.My bad for not looking and making sure that absolutely every specific detail they sold me was n there. I asked them if the price included hauling off. the plumbing they were replacing and they agreed to it (except for what was too big and could stay under the house. ). To make a short story , they got "everything" done with 2 guys in one day ( but charged me what would have been reasonable for 3 guys to do in 3 days) so imagine my shock when they had completed it so quickly! I came home that evening to a blocked toilet full of pooh. ehich they sent me running around my house to turn this knowb and that knowb to try and solve. and that is just the start of it.. They massively oversold what was needed , and then did not accomplish even that. They left plumbing material out when I asked for the massive amount they were charging that they not do that. They tried to hide plumbing in my garbage and left another piece behind my garbage hoping I would not fnd it while they were there. They told me they would replace as much pipe as they indicated with a sweeping gesture that it woud be several feet f pipe, but in the end only replaced 12 inches of ipe ( but still charged me for 3 days work and mounds of pipe). They left me with a leak under my tub which they said was not included in the price and which they would have to charge extra for!!! UNBELIEVABLE. THESE GUYS ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND SCHEMERS. My water heater was leaking so I called them up praying it wouldn't take long to fix....thankfully, they were able to come out on the same day I called it in. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone proceeded to take down my information and let me know they would be out right before 2pm....Just as they stated, they got here at around that time. They were courteous and respectful and once they observed the problem, they explained what needed to be done before the work started. He even showed me where the leak was coming from and what needed to be replaced. Due to Covid, they also were wearing masks which reassured my safety. I will definitely be calling them back for their business when another case presents itself without hesitation.
