They showed up in masks and even when I told them they didn't have to wear them for me they chose to continue their work in 100+ degree weather in the masks. They listened to my concerns, repeated them back to me to ensure they had my list complete, then they got to work. I didn't even notice them in and out of my house to the point that I thought they had left. They did what would normally take my other plumber hours to do in less than one hour. They went the extra mile and placed everything back just as they had found it leaving absolutely zero mess behind. Y'all, they even put my rugs back! Upon completion they were very articulate about what they had done and made sure that they had satisfied my wishes. I won't be going back to my other plumber!

I placed a call to the main office, and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and took notes of the issues we needed to get fixed. We agreed on a Thursday morning appointment, and the plumber showed up (with face mask) ready to work. In an hour and a half, we had new shut off valves, new bathroom sink faucet, and a working shower in the master bathroom. We also had new PVC piping installed for the kitchen sink with no issues. Which they provided.My bad for not looking and making sure that absolutely every specific detail they sold me was n there. I asked them if the price included hauling off. the plumbing they were replacing and they agreed to it (except for what was too big and could stay under the house. ). To make a short story , they got "everything" done with 2 guys in one day ( but charged me what would have been reasonable for 3 guys to do in 3 days) so imagine my shock when they had completed it so quickly! I came home that evening to a blocked toilet full of pooh. ehich they sent me running around my house to turn this knowb and that knowb to try and solve. and that is just the start of it.. They massively oversold what was needed , and then did not accomplish even that. They left plumbing material out when I asked for the massive amount they were charging that they not do that. They tried to hide plumbing in my garbage and left another piece behind my garbage hoping I would not fnd it while they were there. They told me they would replace as much pipe as they indicated with a sweeping gesture that it woud be several feet f pipe, but in the end only replaced 12 inches of ipe ( but still charged me for 3 days work and mounds of pipe). They left me with a leak under my tub which they said was not included in the price and which they would have to charge extra for!!! UNBELIEVABLE. THESE GUYS ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND SCHEMERS.
