My father made a call to the office and explained the issues we were having with the A/C. We had an appointment scheduled towards the end of the week, since we didn't feel it was that urgent. When it was obvious the situation wasn't getting better, my father made another call to the office, and before the end of the day, we had someone coming out to take care of the problem. Two employees showed up to the house, went right to the unit in the back yard, and in 10 minutes took care of the problem (an old capacitor). The service has always been friendly and prompt. They've handled everything from installing new A/C units, supplying the odd size air filters, and regular service calls for our family over the years. I placed a call to the main office, and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and took notes of the issues we needed to get fixed. We agreed on a Thursday morning appointment, and the plumber showed up (with face mask) ready to work. In an hour and a half, we had new shut off valves, new bathroom sink faucet, and a working shower in the master bathroom. We also had new PVC piping installed for the kitchen sink with no issues. To make a short story , they got "everything" done with 2 guys in one day ( but charged me what would have been reasonable for 3 guys to do in 3 days) so imagine my shock when they had completed it so quickly! I came home that evening to a blocked toilet full of pooh. ehich they sent me running around my house to turn this knowb and that knowb to try and solve. and that is just the start of it.. They massively oversold what was needed , and then did not accomplish even that. They left plumbing material out when I asked for the massive amount they were charging that they not do that. They tried to hide plumbing in my garbage and left another piece behind my garbage hoping I would not fnd it while they were there. They told me they would replace as much pipe as they indicated with a sweeping gesture that it woud be several feet f pipe, but in the end only replaced 12 inches of ipe ( but still charged me for 3 days work and mounds of pipe). They left me with a leak under my tub which they said was not included in the price and which they would have to charge extra for!!! UNBELIEVABLE. THESE GUYS ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND SCHEMERS.
