My father made a call to the office and explained the issues we were having with the A/C. We had an appointment scheduled towards the end of the week, since we didn't feel it was that urgent. When it was obvious the situation wasn't getting better, my father made another call to the office, and before the end of the day, we had someone coming out to take care of the problem.
