I placed a call to the main office, and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and took notes of the issues we needed to get fixed. We agreed on a Thursday morning appointment, and the plumber showed up (with face mask) ready to work. In an hour and a half, we had new shut off valves, new bathroom sink faucet, and a working shower in the master bathroom. We also had new PVC piping installed for the kitchen sink with no issues. They massively oversold what was needed , and then did not accomplish even that. They left plumbing material out when I asked for the massive amount they were charging that they not do that. They tried to hide plumbing in my garbage and left another piece behind my garbage hoping I would not fnd it while they were there. They told me they would replace as much pipe as they indicated with a sweeping gesture that it woud be several feet f pipe, but in the end only replaced 12 inches of ipe ( but still charged me for 3 days work and mounds of pipe). They left me with a leak under my tub which they said was not included in the price and which they would have to charge extra for!!! UNBELIEVABLE. THESE GUYS ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND SCHEMERS.
