I was very pleased at how Jaime was able to answer any of our questions and how he explained what to expect from his work. When we had the work started he kept us up to date on what the goal was for the day and an estimated time of completion. He made sure we were pleased with the work being performed and we even learned a few things about roofs, as he was very informative. We made an appointment for an estimate. He called to let me know there was going to be slight delay. That was a plus. When he arrived he was easy going and very helpful. I needed some guidance and he gave me great options. It is a family owned business. They are the most professional experts I have dealt with in a long time. When I say experts I mean experts. Excellent job, they worked on my home in Uvalde, Tx. They did everything Mr. Lopez said he would. What surprised me the most is that every time I had a question he would answer my call or if I text him he would text back. He would keep me well informed on the progress.
