this guys all they do is want to install new equipment because they can fix anything yes they will…read moreadd freon if it needs it but wont check for leaks they just take off! then they leave the cooper lines on the ground with no foam or properly strap lines they just leave them dangling. in the first place they miss diagnose everything and want to charge for every thing that should be included I ask what's included and never gave me an answer they just sold me a condenser because my home wasn't getting cool enough and they diagnose that as the problem and its still feels the same then blame my thermostat saying it is outdated plus the guy never went inside the house to check the work he always sent his helper then blamed him then why didn't you check yourself your the technician so that means it was not the condenser that was bad to begin with then took my older condenser without telling me because it was a good condenser that he probably used on another job and no paperwork for the warranty on the new system I have called him and texted him but no response all they are good for it to fill your system with Freon other then that I would never hire this guys again
