We informed Katie of what we were looking for in a home and our needs. The initial 2 weeks we were looking we really didn't see anything that we feel in love with that was currently on the market. Katie knew what we wanted and started to find solutions that getting us in a home we loved. Katie did just that and found a home that wasn't yet on the market and asked if we wanted to view the property. When we first saw it, we feel in love with everything about it the woodwork, kitchen, lot you name it, this house had it. We were in our new home within 45 days of first seeing the property. Fast forward to November of 2016 and we get a call for another promotion and move to another state. While we were sad to go from this home that we just literally moved into less then 16 months prior, we knew that Katie would be our go to for the sale of the home. Katie had our home listed and sold for full asking price within 5 days. Through the buying and selling process Katie's communication was second to none. Katie would educate us and remind us of things that we needed to get done to assure all aspects of the purchase and sale would go through smoothly. Katie's negotiation skills are top notch as well as she helped us save more then 10k when we purchased the home and we walked with over 20k in equity in just 16 months of living in the home. Reviews have previously helped me when looking for reputable businesspeople, so I would like to pay it forward and provide a review for Jen and Jane. The most important traits I look for when considering business transactions are honesty and trust. I don't want to question someone's motives in a business deal. I can assure you that Jen and Jane will not mislead you in order to make a sale. For the past 12 years that I have dealt with them, above everything else, they wanted to be sure I was happy with my home purchase. This is the second time I have bought/sold with them, which is the greatest testimony that I could possibly give. For three years, I searched for a home in the country. I had specific requirements: an up-to-date house that didn't require a lot of work to make it comfortable, no neighbors close to me, and a property that was low maintenance. I quickly found out that these properties are hard to find. I called Jen and Jane many times to have them show me places, or to get their opinion on whether the price was appropriate. Time and again, they gave me their input on the condition of the homes. They also looked up information and history on the septic systems and what would be required by the county. (I have zero experience with that). They wanted to make sure I wasn't buying something that would become a problem later. Keep in mind that in three years we looked at several places, and that they were not paid every time they did this kind of work. My point is that they never pushed me, and always went through a checklist of things to consider before buying. It was clear to me that their priority was to make sure I was happy with my decision. Whenever I called, they were happy to arrange a showing for me. Three months ago, I found my dream home in the country. Jen showed me the house, was honest about the pros and cons, discussed the price with me, and helped me though the process of making an offer. She was excellent at keeping me posted with details since mine was not the only offer. Within 24 hours of making the offer, my bid was accepted. Jen continued to help me out after the sale and set up another showing so that I could measure the house to make sure my furniture would fit. When it came time to sell my place, once again I relied on Jane and Jen's experience to let me know what things needed to be done before selling. They advised me to have a few things painted and made the arrangements to have it done. They also arranged to have some skylights cleaned and a couple of repairs done. It should be noted that Jane's husband is an excellent resource when it comes to questions about repairs. He has built several houses himself and is experienced in the trades. He was willing to take a look at my place and give his help. Jen and Jane also have connections with reputable tradespeople who do good work. This is invaluable since I am inexperienced, and we were working with a deadline. Jane and Jen both helped me set the price for the sale of my house. I trusted their experience in the market to do this. They held an open house and there was strong interest. They gave me feedback on all the parties who toured the house. When there were individual showings, they sent me emails with the reactions of the prospective buyers. Once we got offers, they discussed them with me and guided me through the process of selling. We made a counter on the offer I chose, and I was pleased with the price. My house sold in less than a month. In summary, I can't say enough good about my experience with Jane and Jen and the help they gave me over the years. They are so pleasant to work with that every encounter with them is enjoyable. If you are looking for realtors with honesty and integrity, you have found them, and you will be very happy if you use their services. I don't plan on selling my dream home anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling them again!

From beginning to end we were very pleased with the level of service that was received. The realtor we worked with did a fantastic job and it was clear that he had a great team working alongside him. We saw value in a number of specific areas: 1) The listing process - When it came time to prepare our listing, the realtor arranged for a professional photographer and separate videographer to come to the house and capture images. The resulting photos/video turned out great and really helped to promote the listing. The company put our listing up on social media as well and this generated good buzz. Innovative marketing techniques are an obvious strength of CBRWG's. 2) The sale of our existing home - We felt the listing price was a little bit high, but the home sold in 3 weeks for full asking price...we were thrilled. Our realtor had all of the necessary contacts we needed to respond to inspection findings and make minor repairs. We were under a tight deadline for closing and he did a nice job at keeping the process moving forward and on track for the closing date. 3) Finding our new home - Because our home sold so quickly, we were a bit worried that we wouldn't find a new place before our closing date. Our realtor was patient with us as we struggled to find a place that met our requirements and he even coordinated our searches so that they worked around our 12-month old son's nap schedule. We ended up finding the perfect home for our family and got it at a great price. If you're keeping track, our realtor helped us get more for our existing home and pay less for the new one. 4) Follow-up and ongoing support - From prior real estate transactions, our experience had been that once the closing dates were set, we would rarely hear from our agent again. This was not the case with CBRWG. Our realtor joined us for closing and even surprised us with a housewarming gift. In the weeks that followed, we needed a repair made on the new home and he helped us coordinate with the home warranty company and ensure a smooth claims process. And just last week (nearly 3 months after closing), our realtor contacted us to make sure things were still going well with the home and to remind us of some pre-winter maintenance we should consider. We are grateful for the excellent service that has been provided to us by the entire CBRWG team!
