Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

They guided us on exact home updates to maximize our ROI and provided top-tier contractor recommendations to get our home market-ready. They took the time to explain their pricing and listing strategy step-by-step, addressing every concern along the way. The strategy paid off: we had two solid offers above asking price within hours of our first open house and went into escrow in under a week. Selling our home was so seamless that it took a massive amount of stress off our next purchase. Every member of the SP&T team proved to be a consummate professional. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the area, his research on our neighborhood and the time he took to evaluate our property and really listen to our goals. We were nervous about selling because we hadn't yet found a home we wanted to buy, but Jeff answered all our questions and assured us we had options and decision-making power every step of the way. After we signed on, Jeff and his fellow agent, Tammy Barbee, were amazing throughout the process. They helped price our home fairly and get it ready for a successful open house. Tammy even brought over plants from her own home to use for staging. The open house was two days after we listed, and we were blown away by the turnout. Within a few days, we had multiple offers and were under contract for well over our list price. Of course, we still had to find a new place to live! With the clock ticking, Jeff and Tammy scoured listings and showed us homes in our preferred neighborhoods while keeping our home sale on track as it moved through escrow. When we found a home in our top-choice neighborhood, we worried our offer wouldn't be considered because it was contingent on the sale of our current home. Jeff made it happen. He helped us put together an attractive offer, communicated constantly with us and the other agent, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. In short, Jeff and Tammy helped us do what we weren't sure was possible: sell our home quickly and for a great price, find a new home in our top-choice neighborhood, and get both transactions across the finish line on a tight timeline. Through it all, they were knowledgeable, responsive, reassuring and genuinely invested in helping us reach our goals. We couldn't be happier with the outcome or more grateful to Jeff and Tammy for making a stressful process feel manageable. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We are moving back to the North County area from the East Coast and had a very limited window to see houses in person. Ahead of our visit, Holly did a great job listening to what we wanted, providing options for us to review, and gathering feedback to distill the market down to houses that fit all of our parameters. During our house hunting trip, Holly tirelessly showed us house after house, including several day-of additions, to ensure that we had a solid understanding of the market. During this time, Holly did a great job of sticking to our original vision while adapting to our feedback as we started to better understand the market. Through this process, we felt we able to make an informed decision despite only having a few days in the area. On the last day, we found a home that was the right combination of all the things we wanted and needed for this next chapter of our lives. With a clear first choice, Holly fought hard to ensure that we were able to secure a winning offer. With her help and guidance we got the offer accepted just as we were getting ready to leave California at the end of our house-hunting trip! Getting that offer accepted was a huge victory, but Holly's effort and value did not stop there. Through every step of the the escrow process, Holly continued to advise us and fight for the best deal. This effort saved us a lot of money and made us feel confident that we truly walked away with the best price the market would allow. Even after closing Holly has continued to be a vital asset as we transition back to California. By conducting walk throughs and working with the selling agent to ensure that the property is ready for move in, Holly has once again shown that she is committed to ensuring that our best interests are represented through every aspect of the real estate buying experience. In addition to all of these wonderful qualities, working with Holly was fun! We had a great time getting to know her and she turned what could have been an absolute grind into an enjoyable and educational experience. She has our absolute highest recommendation!

From start to finish- Michelle made the home buying process, believe it or not, a wonderful experience. She understood our needs and wants and really tried to work with us. My husband and I never felt, not even once, like we were being "sold." At our first meeting, Michelle and Eileen tried to gauge who we were as people and what was most important to us in a home. Both were so personable, yet extremely professional and responsive. When we made our first offer, Michelle wallked us through the paperwork in great detail (as OCD/Type A as I am, I really appreciated this, but she also really has a great sense of her clients and can adjust quickly if you don't need the extra details). She and her team were also so organized and provided us with a timeline of the whole process- exactly what to expect during each and every stage. We never felt lost and we always felt that she was right there with us every step of the way. She was also very easy to set up appointments with and was extremely punctual- always showed up 5 minutes or more before we did. Michelle has a way with placing people at ease. As first time home buyers, we needed that as all the documents and appointments were foreign. She also had great referrals for inspectors and contractors- if requested, but never forced on us! All in all, I KNOW we would not have found our DREAM HOME had it not been for Michelle and her diligence, support, responsiveness (to us and to the seller's agent), and efficiency. If we were to ever purchase another home, I would ABSOLUTELY use Michelle and her team again- hands down!

Title: Disappointing Brokerage Oversight and Execution…read moreRating: 1 / 5 Stars Our family worked with Team Forss Realty Group in Temecula on a complex, multi-transaction moving plan involving an off-market sell-side buyer and contingent replacement purchases, representing several million dollars in total potential volume. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of professional standards, culminating with a horrific experience with the Broker. * Callous Use of Personal Health to Deflect Accountability: When we formally raised concerns regarding communication failures, management improperly introduced an agent's health condition to guilt-trip us and evade accountability. Despite being fully aware that I am a two-time terminal cancer survivor making major housing decisions to simplify things and protect my family, management weaponized health struggles as a defense against us--a tactic that was deeply manipulative, insensitive, and unethical. * Lack of Managing Broker Oversight: Despite the complexity and high volume of these coordinated transactions, there was no direct oversight or communication from the Broker of Record during critical breakdowns. When we formally raised concerns regarding contradictory agent statements, management dismissed the need for broker involvement rather than addressing the operational issues. The Broker failed to personally speak to us, even when requested to do so. * Unprofessional Dispute Handling: When we formally communicated our dissatisfaction regarding service performance, management's written response relied on emotional deflections and personal attacks rather than addressing fiduciary duties, communication breakdowns, or transaction execution. While individual agents may display enthusiasm and care, our overall experience with Team Forss demonstrated a critical lack of administrative oversight, inaccurate representations regarding buyer commitment, and poor client communication when problems arose. The Broker was especially defensive and failed to address and answer any of our concerns. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Team Forss for clients requiring clear, accountable, and transparent brokerage management.
