In comes Diaz painting. I needed to patch a small hole and some damaged floor trim as well as the usual hole patching from hanged paintings and a TV mount. Maria come to visit the apartment in record time, asked me a few questions, made sure she understood the scope of the work and took all her notes. I got a quote the next day and when the team came to complete the repairs they were polite, quick, and obviously knew what they were doing. They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonably priced. Communication was on point, price was great, work was 100%. If I was still in the Wilmington DE area I would definitely be calling them again if I ever needed painting or handyman services.

I have no issue with the painters - the room looked fantastic when done. However, the Left Moon Painting computer website and office need some improvement. I requested an 11x12 bedroom to be patched, wall repair, primed and painted the room. I expected this to include the window frames and the door frames around the closet and entrance doors. The website only gave options that said "closet" and "doors". I didn't want the inside of the closet done and I didn't need the doors painted. Painters showed up, did a great job but when we inspected the room at the end, the window frames or door frames were not done....just the baseboards. Now who paints the walls, ceiling and baseboards and NOT the window frames and door frames? Anyway, I called the office and was told it wasn't part of the original quote and that would be add'l money. After some discussion, the person said he would send someone back out and they would put 1 coat on the window and door frames at no charge. This was done. My recommendation to Left Moon Painting have a Project Manager call the customer to review the online quote to make sure it includes what Left Moon Painting will offer and what the customer wants.

This company painted much of our house about 18 months ago. We paid extra for "scrubbable" flat…read morethat he swore we'd be able to just scrub away any mark with soap and water. He either lied about the paint or they switched it. Nothing wipes off. Nothing. It feels so cheap. We were told we'd have 2 painters. One kept leaving for personal reasons. The majority of the week was 1 guy that got paint splatter all over our hardwood floors and furniture. They come in like a nice guy and then over charges for a horrible job. We paid a lot to get our house painted professionally and it needs to be done over. Horrible. Choose your painter carefully. Sorry for the late review and any others that got sucked into their services.

We had painting and moulding work in our house. The owner John L Fecile himself and another person came twice for the quote. They have only one crew (3-4 people) under Rolando. At the day of completion and payment, suddenly John called and asked me to pay another $1000, they had some misunderstanding and Rolando charged that money to him (how that's my problem). When I denied to pay, Rolando and his crew stopped working just at that moment. Didn't put back the curtain brackets & switch plates, didn't repair dry walls, left with uneven patches. So many places they left incomplete. I was moving furniture that day and totally exhausted. Again after few minutes John asked to pay another $300, only because they painted moulding but Rolando never gave me any estimate for that. So many miscommunications between them. I had to follow up for next one month to install medallion which I already paid on that day. They made me beg to complete the work. A company doesn't have any values and respect for customers.
