First the painters, Jose, and his partner were fantastic. They were on time, covered my floor from the front door to the bedroom they were painting, asked questions, and did a sample area to confirmed the selected paint color. I have no issue with the painters - the room looked fantastic when done. However, the Left Moon Painting computer website and office need some improvement. I requested an 11x12 bedroom to be patched, wall repair, primed and painted the room. I expected this to include the window frames and the door frames around the closet and entrance doors. The website only gave options that said "closet" and "doors". I didn't want the inside of the closet done and I didn't need the doors painted. Painters showed up, did a great job but when we inspected the room at the end, the window frames or door frames were not done....just the baseboards. Now who paints the walls, ceiling and baseboards and NOT the window frames and door frames? Anyway, I called the office and was told it wasn't part of the original quote and that would be add'l money. After some discussion, the person said he would send someone back out and they would put 1 coat on the window and door frames at no charge. This was done. My recommendation to Left Moon Painting have a Project Manager call the customer to review the online quote to make sure it includes what Left Moon Painting will offer and what the customer wants. read more

Summer of 2020 Erick came out, and we had accepted their quote. We could never get him to schedule time to come out, and do the job.

After a thorough search to find a quality painter for a rather large multi-room project, we selected Erick and Left Moon Painting. The job involved high cathedral ceilings with some complicated repair, multiple stairways, different rooms, all with new color. It also entailed a complex schedule, with floor replacement staging. I cannot say enough how happy we are with the result. The entire process from planning and staging to the painting, cleanup and help with furniture shifting was far beyond my expectations....excellent!! The entire crew was polite, cheerful, helpful and cleaned up nicely each day. I highly recommend Left Moon Painting...and we have to many of our friends.
