I both consign (they post their rules of consignment on their webpage) and shop here. The variety…read moreis wide and the prices vary so there's a little bit of everything for everyone. There are both men, women, babies and children's items. They also have home items as well as books, games and a few video games if you look really hard. They have frequent sales so watch their Facebook page they will post something daily to let you know what's going on. There is also School items (area schools) bumper stickers, hats and clothes mostly. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here . They price things fairly, they are very kind and friendly, and they are very efficient with their jobs. This business is definitely a plus to have an area

I am an occasional customer of this business, but I regularly consign my used items with them. I…read morehave to say their prices are reasonable on many items, but can also be high on certain others (name brand and children's clothing are not worth the purchase.) And the amount I make from consigning is low for the quality and quantity of clothing, shoes, and other items I drop off to be sold. Overall, it's cheaper than buying new clothing, especially for adults. They usually keep a good selection of season-appropriate clothing, though it can be hard to find nice items after a sale. The store is always clean and well-organized. I like that they have some home décor and children's items such as cribs, bouncers, and toys. They also keep books and movies in stock. The workers are less than enthusiastic and normally only speak to each other. It can take a while to be noticed at the counter, or should I say, to be acknowledged. However, after a slew of disparaging Facebook ratings, I have noticed a slight bit more professionalism from staff. All in all, it's one of those places you go to because you have to or because you need to. If I didn't need the money from consigning my old items, I would probably never go in Treasure Trunk again.

Poor Customer Service!!! Would give zero stars if abke,I rented a uhaul 4/12-4/14/24. I picked the…read moretruck up at 1:07p. At that time, I clarified with the clerk, Winnie McNutt, how days run and informed her that I would be returning the truck on Sunday, 4/14. She confirmed that that would be a 2-day rental. The contract print was difficult to read. The mileage listed on it was incorrect which I noticed after viewing it on a computer. I had taken pictures of the truck and odometer just for reference. I returned the vehicle 4/14 at 1p. I noticed on Monday that I was billed for 3 days which I figured it was just a "hold". On Tuesday, I called the McAlester Uhaul back to discuss the overage related to the charges. Once again, I spoke with Winnie. Her tone was condescending and short as she questioned why I hadn't spoke up about the mileage before leaving the store and that I picked the truck up early and that caused the issues. My biggest concern wasn't the 1 mile overage I was charged as I shared with her, but I was concerned about the additional day I was charged. I informed her that I had obtained pictures that had date and time stamps on them the verify what I was saying. She then informed me that she would send it to the regional manager and that he would want me to send the pictures in. 4/22/24 I called the location again and spoke with Cleora, I shared with her the situation and that Winnie had previously helped me. She then decided to speak with her so that steps would not be repeated. While she had me "on hold", speaking to Winnie, She then began to verbalize "O' yeah, I remember that black lady...", in a derogatory manner and she began to talk to Cleora as if I was the cause of the issues and stated that, "Mike said he called her and she was told to call back if the refund did not come through. I assumed that it did since she never called". I was never given that information. I shared with Cleora that they may want to have their phone muted before they begin talking about a person by the color of their skin. As I do not believe that the shade of my skin should have anything to so with quality customer service and respect. Reported it to the regional manager who apologized and attempted to empathize by stating that he has "family and people around him with colored-skin". i informed him that everyone's skin is a color, it is just different shades!!! Sheesh!!! I would not recommend anyone patronize this business.
