I scored some awesome new vintage pieces for my wardrobe and my 100 year old historical home. Some prices seemed very steep, but others are very reasonable. I'm sure it depends on the vendor. However, I saw one other man, so I went to his location. I am glad I did, because Uptown Cheapskate had an amazing selection of business casual shirts for men. They were all clean, in good to excellent condition, and reasonably priced. For under $60 dollars, I walked out with five polo shirts and one $10 dollar athletic undershirt. UC also had an unexpected variety of men's dress shoes, Doc Martin boots, and Vans shoes. Frequently thrift store shoes are beaten up, scuffed, and missing 1/3 of the sole from use. The UC men's shoes were all in very good to exceptional condition. The ladies working there were nice even when it became busy.

The selection was good, prices were a bit lower than the California stores but the selection was different, in a good way. Very cute things, great household decor and memorabilia. I only bought one thing, not cause I didn't want to but because I was going to Kohl's and then to Target and didn't wanna carry too many bags around.
