I truly recommend coming to AllState insurance. All the agents are very courteous and friendly. We're very satisfied with every coverage service we have with them. Plus, the new office is very clean and professional. read more

Insurance FRAUD from ALLSTATE on Home Owners insurance... Fraud by changing square footage for personal gain proven. Insurance commissioner has approved complaint and pending reimbursement Now looking for new home owners insurance policy... Recommendations... Review your policy!! Don't use Allstate... sad, I was a loyal guest for over 20 + years.. Mike Ponce office would not respond and keep giving me the run around. I had to call Corporate office of Allstate and the Insurance commissioner.. I'm done with Allstate.... read more

Been a loyal customer for years - my loyalty was repaid with a 30% increase this year with no accidents, tickets, etc. - Ever (45% over 4 years) When I called in disbelief - they were clearly coached to blame the state commissioner since he had approved up to a 30% increase. It was not an order - you didn't have to raise them - especially for good long-term customers. The people were nice enough about telling me "Tough Luck" Took it as a sign and got the same coverage elsewhere for 37% LESS on the same day. Allstate gouging loyal customers shows that they have zero loyalty to us. We are just ATM's to them. My suggestion is to avoid Allstate entirely. read more

I have left Mike Ponce an email and a voicemail as of 1/18/2023 and I have yet to hear from him. Today is 2/8/2023 and still no work from him nor via email. I would recommend you go to a different company. Unfortunately I had to give a star in order to place my review. Ps, emails don't lie... I thought to share to the public just in case there was any discrepancy or lies. Please see attachment as you can see from today screenshot 2/8/2023 Mike Ponce has not responded.. now if he can prove that he did? Please add this to support evidence on the comments, and if so and any other evidence that shows you Mike Ponce have truly and sincerely ever spoke to me. Mike Ponce, this sincerely sad... your able to reach me now because I'm leaving you a bad review, to now you want to excuse yourself that your email are sent to a different portal that's why you're not getting them? That sounds like smart business to me, just like this conversation on Yelp. I've called you and left you a voicemail twice but your to busy or maybe the voicemail also got sent to a different portal that way you can continue run your day to day business and push back clients like myself. This is kids games! If you we're my client Mike,. and this message came up and alerted me. The first thing I would've done was to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay and see how we can move forward to get whatever issues I'm having resolved... this is not common sense, it's called communication that leads into good business. I'm not going to argue here with you Mike Ponce your not a 5 year old to hold your hand and show what needs to be accomplished here. Have a good night Mike Ponce, and please check email, check in the spam, check in the "other portal" that the emails gets sent to,. And reach back out to all of your other clients out there who are possibly waiting to hear from and get in touch with your IT department to fix your email forwarding issues. Again, here is for the record how I, as your client Mike Ponce attempted to reach you. Enjoy the rest of your evening Mike Ponce. read more

Mike Ponce - Allstate Insurance - Today screenshot 2/8/2023 emails don't lie, I never got a respond back from Mike Ponce - Home & Rental Insurance Near Me - Riverside, California

I would not recommend this Allstate agent for insurance. They are very rude and cut you off when you are asking questions about your policy. Jeanette Hernandez talks to you like your stupid if you don't understand your policy she is very rude. I will be switching Allstate agents!! read more

I called to get my off road vehicle insured as my insurance company does not do off road vehicle. I wanted to use someone local and I read that Allstate was a good company to use for off road vehicle. I first talked to Carly she was absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly a complete pleasure to talk to. We tried to get all my insurance to be bundled together with Allstate but unfortunately they were more expensive so I decided to just get the one vehicle covered. Later that day I was discussing with my wife the wonderful interaction I had and were debating about paying the difference to change companies because good service is worth it. No more than a few minutes later I received a call from Mike Ponce (paraphrasing) he had a horrible attitude towards me saying they do not just insure UTVs by themselves. He then was asking why my insurance company wouldn't cover it and how long I have been with them , and I have been with them 4-5 years and they do not cover those. He said if you have been with them so long why won't they cover you. I stated again they do not insure off road vehicle. He then said I need to have your cars insured here as well. I explained how it was more expensive but I would run some numbers and see what I could do. We planned for him to call me back Monday at 9 AM and end of the conversation. My wife looked at me after I hung up the phone and asked who was yelling at me and why. I have never been talked like that for a service I was trying to purchase and didn't know what to say. Today at 9 AM I received a call from Mike he started to discuss my car insurance policy and I simply told him do not worry about it I will just cancel my UTV policy with him as I felt very disrespected. I then started to explain how amazing Carly was and how I was going to switch. Before I could even finish he hung up on me without saying anything. If this is how you deal with new customers I cannot imagine how you would react when I would have to file a claim. Carly was an absolute pleasure. read more

I have been with Allstate for over 20 years. Allstate has great prices and even better prices when you get home and auto together. The process is easy when you file a claim. Their customer service is awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. read more

Great customer Service Thank you Cristina Preciado for your great customer service and answering any questions I have regarding my policy

My husband and me have had 2 competitors auto insurance and Allstate has by far been our favorite. Auto loans are affordable, and the staff for Mike Ponce is always so helpful and kind. Due to covid 19 they gave us 20% back which we were very thankful for. If you're unhappy with your current insurance I definitely recommend you make the switch! read more

Just got in a major accident and Mike Ponce was grear, his team is awesome. Allstate sent me to Enterprise Rental, went and they had all my info. And a car ready. No money out of pocket. Very satisfied read more

I'm finally done with all state never will be insured by this company ever again workers themselves are not a problem they do provide great customer service but charging a $25 for a late payment it's just ridiculous I switched over to Geico they don't charge late fees and I'll be paying $7 less a month goodbye all state thanks for the 2 free coffee cups when I did first join I still have those :) I hope the $25 late fee was worth it lost someone who has a clean driving record and has never been a single car accident :) update response to mike my bank doesn't charge me $25 extra ALL STATE does I saw it on my bill that said I would be charged more and yes I didn't have sufficient funds but as soon as I did I called all state and told them to go ahead and take the payment I called today and cancelled didn't make a big fuss about it to the lady I spoke to just told her to nicely cancel my policy I wasn't going to try to dispute the late fee you guys can have it I rather leave and not look back read more

They use to be great.. but there customer service as of lately has been horrible. Even when you call now it's has options to choose from when previously it was more personal, you now have to talk to different people, But then I received a call from Mike Ponce we talked for a while and he clarified a lot of my concerns and some of my own misunderstandings which I truly appreciate. Thank you Mike read more

This was the most unpleasant experience a few weeks ago. The agent was rude and demeaning. I was looking for various quotes and explained I wanted to bundle policies and seeking options. What I got was a man who talked over me, wanted to tell me what I needed and did not listen to what I wanted. I would never reccomend this agent not even to someone I didnt like! Find another agent if this is the company you are looking for. I found a much better agent in the corona area and I am very pleased with their service. read more

Best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Christina has been so helpful and informative with my plans. I would recommend this company to whoever is in need of insurance. read more

Somehow my VIN number was incorrect in their system. They could have inputted it wrong or I could have when starting the policy but when I called them to have this corrected, they said they would look into it and call me back. I never heard back from them. a month later I got a letter in the mail saying they canceled my policy because I had no rights to insure the vehicle I had listed. They did not try and contact me to fix the issue (which I already told them what the problem was) they just canceled the policy. That is terrible customer service. read more

Horrible experience, signed me up then dropped me for not giving them a copy of my registrations. Sent me a bill, called customer service and was told to have Agent just change date on policy and they would can el the bill and refund me since I was not covered. Called this office (my agent) next day only to be talked out of doing that and told to email them my registrations and she would get it reinstated so I would not have to rewrite. I naively said ok, 3 weeks later I get a call stating my vehicle is not currently covered from my fiance company. I call this agent to which they first say hold on let me look inyo it, transfers me to a manager who then starts asking questions like she is rewriting policy after I stated twice that's not what I am looking to do. I make her admit she is rewriting it. I am then told they cant reinstate my policy and would need to pay the bill to rewrite the new policy. I explain to them what allstate customer service said along with what this office said and get a "we never said that". After a lengthy conversation where I stated how I can prove that's what was said I got a sorry but you need to pay the bill, get no refund and then we will charge you again to rewrite you policy. No one ever called me from this office after emailing them my documents to state they could not rewrite it or that I was not covered. I really wish now I would not had let them try to "help" when this went south at the begining as now I have to fight it. So sad that a company of this size would do this for such a small amount of money, I was more then happy to continue paging on this policy and becoming a long term policy holder maybe even adding properties and other insurance but now I am left with a handful of problems and a very bad impression of allstate. read more
