Hector and Veronica have always been respectful and strict about professionalism, honesty, and accurate information for questions and concerns. I appreciate that Veronica always looks out for her customers and finds solutions for any situation. Also, one of their agents, Inez, who has been working there for a long time, is excellent at her job and always helpful in any situation. Alisha used to be at the Moreno valley location, she is a great agent and she is always determine in anything that she does. I admire that about her! Last year at the Hemet location with Alisha, she very informative , professional , and very helpful. There is one concern about that a new agent Daisy was at the Hemet location, she was working across from Alisha , since we thought any personal or private information stays in the office because we have the right as long term customers. Daisy had shared some personal information to a person does not correspond to him or have the right to know any access to us. I don't understand what was Daisy's motive to shared our personal information like that when we had asked nicely that day, it was private matter and us, as customers, we have that right. Alisha who knows better , I know with her great work ethic , she would not have shared any information to anyone. We do not like or have time to stress about things that We cannot control. All we asked to encourage or trained more Daisy or any new agents to respect clients requests and privacy. We had bad experiences with Toro tax services because that company has a gossip issue, that why we wanted see if we keep giving business to Vida income tax this year, but with Daisy sharing information to that person is not worth it . This disrespect family/Client code and we hope this does not happen again with other clients. We believe within time, things can be better and understand that sometimes strangers can help more than family. We still appreciate Alisha and everyone, You all do great. We recommend both offices if you want a lifetime business for any services they offer with integrity and respecting clients' private information. Thank you so much Aguayo Insurance Solutions!

Excellent service at Freeway Insurance in Moreno Valley. I came in for Auto Tags Today registration…read moreservices, and Peter Machado made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Peter was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and didn't rush the process. It's clear he genuinely cares about helping customers and delivering quality service. If you're looking for someone who is reliable and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Peter Machado. This location is lucky to have him.

All I am going to say about Freeway Insurance is, it's not worth it!…read more When we first got a policy, the person that helped us did everything wrong. Instead of giving us a 30 day policy to pay after 30 days like she said we did. We received a phone call 15 days later asking for our monthly payment. We stopped and said! We just got the policy 15 days ago, we just gave $360 3 weeks ago! So I decided not to pay until I could speak with a manager, nothing was resolved, and all they could say was she input all the information wrong, she lied and said we also had a $500 deductible, but it was at $1000. At this point I was already upset, and went searching for a better insurance carrier. Also be aware that Freeway has all these broker fees, so if you need to make a change to you're policy, you will be charged every time a broker fee, even if it's something as small as changing you're address, they want a broker fee, they could charge whatever they want, it could be $40 or $100 or more or less for the change. I've never had such a terrible experience before with insurance. To charge every time to make a change to policy. That is just ridiculous!! My advice, go with a real insurance carrier, you will be better off, and you'll be saving in you're Purse or Wallet.
