They made an error when I had policies with them, owner was rude, then asked me to take my business somewhere else. Ok, I did. Ok, everybody go their separate ways and have a good life. I get it. Then I unsubscribed from their e-list and I'm still getting e-mail c_ _ _ from them. Years after that, still got phony automated calls with the insulting owner's voice. Now I have to take other action, which wastes more time and money. And I'm just wasting my breath - agency owner made it REAL CLEAR he doesn't care. Real clear. read more

This agent is absolutely terrible I'm working with Karla currently, she opened a policy for me and I quickly within the hour canceled. Money was taken from my account and no proof of refund was given. I called her multiple times and it's never a straight answer, she told me to call my bank and bank doesn't have anything saying it will be refunded. My family has history with Krupka and his employees. Overall not a good agent and office find a different agent someone that doesn't pretend to be on your side. read more

You don't know how lucky you are to have a great insurance agent until you need to file a claim. When I caused a minor (damage, not dollar amount) fender-bender, Mr. Krupka coached me through the claim process and the strategizing via several phone calls about whether to pay for damage myself or let Allstate pay. Ultimately Allstate paid. I also give kudos to Allstate for a very efficient claim process and settlement and doing the right thing to get both cars repaired without any arguments with the body shop. Dishonest! We had Allstate Insurance for years so when my husband died in 2015, I simply continued with them. I noticed they raised their rates on six of the policies I have with them. So I had been a loyal client. Last Fall I had two very frightening car accidents in which I could have been killed. Neither one of the two accidents were my fault. After so many years with them, what horrible, lazy, uncaring service I received from them. In both accidents I paid Enterprise Rent a Car for car rental. Caliber Collision in Ventura did not do a safe, adequate repair job. Then, because neither accident was my fault and I had full coverage, Allstate paid Enterprise and Caliber. Then after I paid 2 high premiums to Allstate, they wrote me that they had changed their mind and were charging me. I never received an answer to how come they changed their minds. But it is suspicious to me that they waited weeks to change their minds after I paid my premiums. They avoided my calls and referred me to other Allstate agents Sally in their office, Tim Essell, and Naiela Cortez. None of the agents were diligent in pursuing my claims. They simply did not care. I do not understand why a loyal client does not receive frequent communication from their agents. It seems impossible but true that I had to pay for two accidents which were not my fault. Due to Allstate's handling of these accidents I have switched insurance companies. read more

Wow, what a wonderful family operated business. The day I walked off the lot with my first car Mr. Mike Krupka wrote my first policy. Since then I have worked with one of his sons, Ryan Krupka. He is available 25 hours out of the day and is willing to meet you in person to evaluate your claim. They don't call Ryan the Rhino for nothing, because he will crush your current quote.
