With my last agent, it usually took two emails to get a single answer & that was when they were in the office. Not only was service way better, but the coverage we were able to get was better, deductibles lower, and premiums lower, too!  Win-win-triple-win! Everybody needs to talk to CouvertLA about there insurance policies. Was a little skeptical about the office size. But when they showed me my savings. I completely understand. They keep there overhead low to provide us the customer with savings! Great job guys!!!
