The day we reached out for tree trimming from the storm we were contacted in under a half hour…read more They could have made it out that same day but we chose to do it the following morning. They were on time, courteous, efficient and more than thorough. Not only did they cut down the necessary branches they cleaned up our whole area and left some of the chopped wood (our request) neatly stacked by the tree. Their quote was comparable to others and they even lowered it slightly when they saw the tree in person. We have other projects coming up and Rodriguez Handyman will be the first we call to quote!

Actually, I live in Sherman not Tom Bean, about 15 minutes away, based on the location that was given for his business. And, I already had the necessary materials. If only he had actually made some inquiries about the job and my specific location before quoting me such an absurd amount. This is the second time that Kevin has worked on this house, both times being a house built in the…read moredepression there were always surprises when walls were opened. His long experience took into consideration a lot of the things that we found with wood and not matching supporting structures. He completely renovated two bathrooms and partially renovated my kitchen. Bathroom seem larger completely functional and absolutely beautiful. Well the quality of the work is very good one of the other things is that every day that he said he would be here he came at the time he said he would come. Professional reliability is extremely important. Every time we found something unusual it was discussed decisions were made as a team with his input as well as mine. Watching him transform these deteriorating bathrooms allowed me to develop a trust in his judgment. We started working on the kitchen and when the paintings all finished I'll post those pictures as well. Because of his many years of experience there weren't any real big overrun surprises when we even when we found some rotted wood etc. Price wise he's a very competitive especially considering the quality and level of experience that he brings to all that he does.
