They asked if everything was okay at the right moments and were there to refill our waters before even thinking about refilling them ourselves (we got bottled water). Ambience- Hey I've been to plenty of "fine dining" Chinese restaurants back home in SF but not many were as fancy and clean as this one was. The silverware and plates were even fancy.
