Aug. 29th, 2016…read more **Unprofessional and rude behavior. ** I am giving one star for one woman who does a pilates class here and claims to be a physical therapist. I never even got into the class actually, because she " forgot" to tell me I needed an orientation before I attended and after I arrived at the class, on time actually. She knew I was coming - had been told 3 weeks in advance and then again 3 days in advance. She had my phone number. This instructor arrived at 8:45 for the 8:30 class - I had been warned about this by a friend. I told her I had a total hip replacement 6 months prior but had received an okay from my surgeon to do pilates. She promptly showed me certain movements I could NOT do. Strangely these were the EXACT exercises I began immediately after surgery and continued to do for 3 months 3 times a day. When I mentioned that to her she responded: "I am physiotherapist, you know?" Whatever. I was glad I didn't get into her class after that. Now apparently her husband is doing it while she is busy elsewhere. I sure hope she is learning the basics about exercises for total hip replacement because she knows nothing. Buyer beware.

Due to the incompetence of their personal trainer, I ended up in Physical Therapy for almost a year. I was never reimbursed, nor did I receive any personal training for the unauthorized deductions from my bank account. When I confronted them about this, they were rude. Unfortunately, between working and Physical Therapy, I didn't have time to seek legal action against them, but I should have. Beware. They do not stick to their word.
