I was in the area killing time, so I googled the nearest nail salon that is open. So I called the salon, I believe it's the owner who answered. She said to wait for her and she is on her way. Service is ok. She was in a rush to get done. I got my daughter in the chair and she kept instructing to make it quick and not to clean it too much. She kept on upselling, which I don't really mind. The reason for 1 star is, the owner have my number saved since I called. So this salon started calling at first, the first call I already said don't call anymore since she keep on looking for a name. Wrong number right? No biggie. I still received multiple calls and I just choose to ignore it. Now the worst part started is when they started texting. At first the text was about their salon. Most people that was involved on the group text .. kept on replying "stop" There's about 20 on that group text. I would received 4 different text group. This becomes annoying. Then the text becomes ugly, we're reeled into this drama about their employee named Maria. The owner included keep ok texting non-stop. I even texted the owner directly to stop doing this since it's really burdensome. First and foremost I didn't sign up to receive any text from this salon. 2nd I don't care about the issue in her business, therefore I shouldn't be receiving multiple text even late at night about their issues. I called the salon but the number can't accept anymore voicemail. i left VM already to stop this annoying text messages. Just today she still text now offering promos and stuff. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! I can't even make them stop. If I could give negative stars I really would. I'm a very supportive person to small business but this place is really bad. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my dip manicure and pedicure at this salon. I recommend making an appointment as they take their time with each client, which is rare when most salons try to rush through clients. I came in one day as a walk-in and decided to come back another day with an appointment. The day I returned there were more technicians available and I had a great experience and really appreciated the quality of work and attention to detail. They just added new chairs to the salon and it seems they have more improvements in the works. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. came in and it was literally empty, I told them I wanted dio powder and REGULAR pedicure. once the lady was ready to paint my toes, she asked again, Gel? I was like no, I asked for regular pedicure, why not gel? gel is better, get gel, and I told her no thank you, I just any regular please. once again she asked before painting and I said no, I asked for regular please, the lady got very mad and would squeeze my foot super hard and turn it. I chose this salon because of the reviews in Google. I have NEVER posted a negative review but determined that I had to warn others of this salon. I, too, wish I could post negative stars. I have been having my nails done, in some form or fashion, for 40 years - never have I had an experience like this. My husband and I came in the shop in the late afternoon for pedicures, SnS and a men's manicure. The first thing I found fairly odd was her questioning us on our rental property, what did we get for it a month, how much was it worth, etc. Someone mentioned the constant 'upselling' which is absolutely TRUE. I like to support small, local business so we got the most expensive manicures on the up sell of '10 more massage minutes'. Between the two of us - we may have gotten a total of 5 massage minutes all totaled. Strike 1. The next issue was with removal of the SnS already on my nails. She wrapped them in cotton soaked acetone - fairly standard, right? Acetone evaporates and dries out pretty quickly. Unfortunately - by the time she got around to taking the cotton off, it was stuck to a point she was pulling it and the resin my fingernails. I had to tell her to re-wet the cotton to ease the removal. By this time, my husband is wondering if he is going to have to bail me out of jail. When a man recognizes this is nothing like any other experience he has ever seen - something is REALLY bad. Strike 2. Then - after she did the file prep, she was about to start doing the actual SnS dip process when I pointed out many places that the previous resin was still present. She grudgingly got the sander back out but never got all the resin off before sarting the SnS. By this time, I was so disgusted - I gave up. Stike 3. My husband's manicure took all of 7 minutes - I timed it - cost $15.00 Neither the shop nor the equipment is well maintained - that should have been my first clue - my bad. She had no one in the shop - employees or customers - at 5:15 on a Friday night - that was the second clue I failed to heed. She charged: 55 x 2 for the NOT so 'deluxe' pedicure 15 for gel polish 15 for men's manicure 35 for SnS Total 175.00..... I would have normally left a 20% tip - another first in my life - I left no tip. Upon reflection, with all the red flags and warning signs - we should have walked out after the miserable pedicure experience but never one to try to cause a scene (and having the acetone already on for my previous SnS manicure) we muscled through it. I will likely have to have at least the SnS done again as you can imagine what it looks like. Please, for the love of God - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP. This person is what gives small businesses a bad reputation. read more

I went in for a gel manicure. The nails were ok, I had to go over some rough spots. However, the reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because the nail tech, Christina, was very discriminatory. She mentioned that all Hispanics look the same and kept asking if I like my tattoos (like come on, they are MY tattoos, lol!) She also kept looking at the tv behind her. They have the most affordable pricing in the area! My friends don't go anywhere else after I bring them here. Dip manicure only costs $35. Eyebrow waxing is $7. Amazing service at a great price. I recommend calling ahead for groups bigger than 3. That enables them to have staffing so your whole party can be taken care of at the same time. Most days they have lighter traffic so walk ins have a minimal wait. My average visit length for a mani-pedi takes 2 hours. You can tip by card, but they prefer cash tips. They also have a rewards card. Make sure you grab one on your way out. read more

if i could give zero stars i would. please read till the end. i came here because i heard this was one of the cheapest spots for sns but now it makes sense why. i had sns done here twice and both times my nail bed and cuticle line were swollen and very red just a couple of hours later. the only reason i went back the second time was to inquire about maybe getting acrylics done instead but i ended up trying the sns one more time since this is what i have always done at other salons in the past (i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt). this was possibly the worst decision i could have made because little did i know i would be getting ripped off not once, but twice. after doing sns the second time, my fingers and cuticles were getting the same itchy sensation so i knew something was off with this place's materials. i called in because i live 30 mins. away and asked the manager, john, if he thought it was best to come in and get it all removed and he replied that if this was happening then yes. i proceeded to ask if i could receive a refund since this was a brand new set (i only waited like two days to go back and take it off) and he replied yes. i get to the salon and to my surprise, soaking the sns off took over an hour and a half- something that could have been done in about 25-30 mins max (especially after having advised that my nails/fingers were irritated and extremely itchy. at this point i just wanted to scream and leave. to top it off, i was expecting the full refund to be given to me due to the entire inconvenience and the manager had the audacity to only return 50% of the service- i did not even have the option of getting the tip i gave back. i was so dumbfounded. i wont be returning for sure and i would strongly advise you not to waste your time and money here too. read more
