My issue with this experience was with the three weeks it took to get the trailer to it's…read moredestination and very little information about when it would arrive. We slept on air mattresses for too long since all our stuff was in the trailer. I called often and no one could give me an estimate for when it would arrive. This created an issue with scheduling help unloading. Short notice made me scramble to get help! I was frustrated with the whole experience.

I could barely understand the woman on the phone, sounded like she was eating. I told her I was a return customer and the dates and times I needed help. She said she was on her way to the doctors office and would call me that evening. I waited and received no call. I called the next day and got no answer. I am taking my business elsewhere after that and reading other reviews of the poor packing jobs they did for others. Any shred of professionalism is lost in this "business".

They made what seemed impossible look easy, including moving a giant couch down a spiral staircase. They were also very respectful of our delicate antiques, which probably make up 1/3 of what they moved. They were so good we hired them twice! Both times I went through MovingHelp on the Uhaul site, which was a relatively smooth process. These people are pros, and you will not be disappointed if you hire them!!
