He looked at the property and spotted a couple of things in addition to the vines that were invasive/should be removed. Then we had an upfront conversation about price and came to a number we agreed on. He and his team worked quickly and did a great job. He even gave me tips on how to keep the vines in check! So, on the positive side, they are…read morevery regular on cutting the lawn on the agreed upon day of the week (every week or every other week, depending on what you specify). Also, when you ask them to stop or suspend service they will do it. They are professional in that sense. What I found concerning is that they will "cut" the grass even if it doesn't need to be cut, even if cutting it makes the lawn worse overall. We've been with them for at least a couple years now. At this point, I'm not sure that even half the surface area of the lawn is covered with actual turf grass. It's not even completely covered with any kind of vegetation. Some of it is bare dirt. Now, to give a full picture, this lawn was not watered (except by God from the sky), so it's bit understandable that the lawn would be in such horrible shape when the neighbors' lawns, many of which are cut by the same company, look nice and green. Also, we don't live there, so we didn't notice so quickly what was happening. Still, in my mind they had a moral responsibility to let us know that the lawn is in bad shape and that they don't recommend "cutting" it any more. In my mind, they took our money to do something that was at best useless and at worst evil. If you live in your home and water your lawn, you will probably be pretty happy with them. Our neighbors seem to be. But, if you don't live there and only visit occasionally, I'd look for some other option.

They came, after one cut sent an email saying they are canceling the service. Mind you, you have to commit to six cuts. You can't just stop it after one. When I tried to get an answer as to why, they said there are no other houses they service in my area. After doing some research and seeing many great reviews, I reached out to 50K Professional Lawn Services for a quote. It was more than reasonable so I booked the service straight away. Their online interface is so simple and easy to use! Communication by email and text message throughout the whole process is exceptional! They showed up in the arranged time window and set to work. In a few hours we had our yard back better than before! The overgrowth was terribly woody and our peach and fig trees were horribly overgrown. They trimmed them up and they are no longer trying to reach out and touch someone from across the yard. I am over the moon with the quality of service and I cannot wait to book them to redesign and landscape our yard soon!

The first few days of work went well, but after that scheduling and communication became spotty from them, they had to redo some parts that were not well planned out, and ultimately parts of the work never got completed before they moved on to bigger jobs (but they had been paid).

Their prices are very fair, and we were able to get the service done the same day. We had three guys come out and they worked so hard and had incredible attention to detail. Seriously, we've gone through three different lawn services in our yard has not looked as good ever. We had weeds pulled by hand, hedges trimmed and shaped, a tree cut back, and hazardous branch removed from a large tree and hauled away. These guys were also so neat. everything was collected in reusable bags as they worked, and when done it was packed up . They even used leaf blowers to get all the small pieces away after. Back in Oct, William was abled to hand-pull all the weeds in my backyard and mow my lawn in preparation for the winter. He had made sure there's no grass clippings leftover as I was allergic to Bermuda grass so his service was helpful for my health. Initially, did an amazing job and was going to be my go-to lawn guy once the grass is growing again the Spring. Recently for the Spring, I asked him for the same service, weed removal (expecting hand-pulled like last time), lawn mowing, and pre-emergent weed treatments. Total cost was $170 but I gave him $200 especially for gas prices and he had to go pick up supplies. Well, he weed whacked everything instead and it splatter all over the white painted sidings of the new house. He offered to pressure wash and clean the sidings from the mess he created. He also offered to put down additional weed treatment to help control the weeds. He was late for the original Spring service (after I asked him to push the service an hour later). He was a no-show on Saturday to cleaning up weed clippings splattered over the sidings. I had to call him multiple times and he said his customer unexpectedly requested mulch installation and said he can come by at 8am on Sunday. Today, He was a no-show today. I had to call him and he woke up at 10am. He was still a no show after multiple calls. Very disappointed. I wasted almost half my day waiting. Lots of excuses. I understand life happens but lack of communication and method of weed removal was the final straw. Off to continue to find my go-to lawn service person. Initial service in Oct 2025 was 5/5. Follow-up Mar 2026 service 2/5. Do not recommend.
