Palm tree roots had taken over the underground pipes along one side of our property, causing flooding and pooling every time it rained. Not exactly the water feature we had in mind! It required cutting through concrete along the entire side of our property, locating and bypassing the compromised pipes, installing new drainage pipes and drains, connecting everything to the curb, and finally, pouring and finishing new concrete to seamlessly match our existing hardscape.
