We dealt with Chris Portz (Service Manager) who totally went through the house and explained everything to us about what was going to happen and the estimate. They were by far the best estimate we got and also the most customer service oriented company we talked to. They were able to start within a few days and it took just 2 days - done! The guy came, looked at the simple project and then had to go out and call his office as he wasn't authorized to give a price.
