House fixing adventure!!!…read more Had a leak needed a plumber found DDS on... Of course YELP!!! Jesus was very responsive and even had a phone conversation with me to explain the pricing. Pricing was very fair!!! Jesus found I have a leak in my slab and he was very honest. He quoted me our piping was very old and he could fix the leak in the slab for 800$. He then informed me that if he fixed the leak it may not just be this time. He said I could end up with a leak somewhere else and then I'd pay another 800-1k to fix a second leak. He then suggested doing a repipe. I thought here we go, but then Jesus said he doesn't do tripping, but if it were his house he would put the band aid $ towards the repipe. He even made calls to try to get me set up with his old company, but the person he called no longer worked for the company. I told him it was ok and thank you for trying. He charged 285$ for the service and high tech listening equipment. Which I felt was a fair price. I have gone with re-piping my house with repipe specialists. I will review them as well. Fortunately, They give a 25yr warranty of the piping and lifetime workmanship. Unfortunately, I will not have the need for Jesus' services anymore b/c of the warranty, but you should def call him if you are in need of an honest caring plumber. As always we never want to deal with these home challenges, but if you end up needing a plumber... CONTACT JESUS ON YELP!!!

The unit is one of a small number they sold that are clearly defective according to their own technicians, but the company refuses to provide a replacement unit because "it costs a lot of money". It is beyond infuriating, and has cost me thousands of dollars in stand alone air conditioners and hotel expenses to keep my family out of the heat. They don't stand behind their own products or seem to care at all about their customers. I would strongly recommend staying far, far away.

If you're looking for a plumber, stop reading reviews and call Gregg…read more Gregg and his son were fantastic! They spent about 4 hours at my home and fixed everything we had them here to do. They also wore booties and masks at our request. We had a slow but annoying leak in our Master shower for years. Two other plumbers couldn't fix it. Gregg knew exactly what it was from the get-go, took the thing apart and made the repairs. We also had two old, leaky toilets rebuilt. Gregg is a smart guy, knows his trade, communicates well, and is honest. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend him and his company. We were overwhelmed by all of the products, but Gregg helped us navigate the different products. He was able to identify which products were good to place inside the home vs outside of the home (we needed something that would sustain the hot summer Florida heat). Once we identified the products, he came by to do a free consultation. We realized there was no electrical box to plug our outside unit... Gregg was able to install the electrical box, the water softener, and the reverse osmosis all in one day. He was respectful about coming in and out of the house, completely professional, and reliable! We would recommend using his company! Thanks Gregg! - Andrew & Mary

Tech came out, looked around and said he thought I had a pipe leaking in the foundation and asked if he could cut a small hole to see, and I agreed. The small hole turned into him pulling drywall off and then told me he had no idea what was wrong. He said he was charging me a trip charge since he really didn't do much and I was fine with that. he went to write up the paperwork and said the office said he had to charge me for an hr of labor which was $185.00 for the 39 minutes he was here and I had to pay for his travel time to my house!!! WHAT!!! I paid the bill and called the office. I asked who was going to pay for the damage he did to my wall, no answer. I asked why I was paying for his travel to come to my house from the office, (I was his 1st job), no answer. I was told I had to wait for someone in the office to call me. About 30 minutes later I received a call and explained this situation to be told, they'd refund me money. I didn't mind paying the trip charge like I was told but I did mind paying for 30 minutes of travel he was claiming, again I was told I would be refunded. So I am waiting for a refund!
