Mark was very helpful, within couple hours he was able to tell me what was wrong, it was actually one of capacitors. Today my TV is already fixed. He was polite, patient, and compassionate toward my struggling friend, going well above and beyond mere service and repair. He got her TV operating properly and really lifted her spirits with his friendliness and respect. He was a professional in every way.

They have worked with us for many odd requests; disposal of overstocked collectibles in a secure area, dumpster size changes and drop offs, even scheduled a time to pick up an old bed even after it has rained on the mattress for two days. Another fun exchange is they give everyone (at least in my area) gets hand written Christmas cards with candy every year, thanking us. We always make sure to give the guys cookies. So yeah, they're relatively inexpensive, willing to work with their customers, and though it might take a couple days for things like dumpster exchange, I'd recommend their services to anyone who is looking.

I had initially taken my son's computer to Best Buy and The Geek Squad sent it off to be looked at because the charging port was no longer working. I was informed by The Geek Squad that yes, there was a problem with the charging port, but the whole motherboard would have to be replaced. This meant a repair charge in excess of $300. So we walked. After struggling with where to take it to locally, I decided to try Sinc. Within a couple of days they got back with me and told me that the cable from the charging port to the motherboard had become either loose or disconnected. So, they reconnected it. No parts to replace. Based on that, it makes me wonder if the Geek Squad even bothered to look at it. Sinc charged me for 1/2 of an hour of labor.... that was it. They were quick, clear, and reasonable. I will definitely be going back to them.

So now they are saying they didn't know we wanted the mouse fixed , so another 75.00 plus parts ! Really who takes theirs in and says can you just partially fix this ?
