Drove up, accessibility was great= 1 star. Self-serve machine navigation was straight to the point…read more+ simple= 1 star. Time wise, quite quick= 1 star. In terms of car wash, this place was sub par. I've been to similar carwash set ups here in west Texas with better end results priced cheaper, then again here you're paying for location. Concept wise= 1 star. I think this set-up is great so today I decided to try their lube center figuring I'd go eat next door at The Smiling Moose. Drove up, no line- score! Then womp, womp, womp those plans are cut short. The cute girl taking my information down is not only on the condescending side but lacked all around in customer service= -1 star. Ultimately, I'll exercise my rights + options and go elsewhere. Seems to me based on previous reviews from others dating back to 2015 they're not to concerned to remedy their ways, don't seem to need business apparently= -1 star. Overall I feel this place has great potential, it's a great concept. Presently I'd steer clear unless under desperate need but truthfully there are much better options around the corner.
