Have you ever envisioned something you want done in your home a certain way and then the contractor…read morethat made it come to life did so in a way that far exceeded your own expectations? That was my experience with this Company and with working with Jared for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. He was so thorough and detailed oriented I was blown away because I have had such terrible experiences with past contractors. In all of my past experiences with home improvement the contractor was in a rush to get the job done, did not listen to my instructions, and treated me like they were doing me a favor even though I was paying them. Jared was the exact opposite of all of those things. Jared took time and cared about everything he did. I certainly did not know a person could be both a contractor and a perfectionist! This combination truly made the home improvement an enjoyable experience, which I also definitely did not know was possible. I sincerely couldn't wait to pay my bill because he was worth every penny. Why? He listened and addressed all of my concerns. There were also additional items I asked him to do then from what I originally requested and he did them gladly. He answered every text and email in a timely and satisfying manner. Lastly, and I don't know if this is a perk all of his clients get, but his wife accompanied him to the job and she was truly his perfect compliment. She cleaned up after everything they did and put the feminine touch to everywhere they went. I'm a bit of a huge fan of women that are super girly but are simultaneously tough and know their way around tools. Overall the entire experience was perfect. I literally would not of changed a thing about it if I could.

I am late getting to this review but I wanted to put in my two or three cents about Tom and his…read morecompany. For the negative reviewers, I am not family to Tom, not one of his Facebook friends, etc. Nor have I been offered a gift card. I was introduced to him by another contractor whom I've known for a number of years and trust his judgement. We had to take on a roof project when we had a slow leak destroy a corner of our laundry room. When I took apart the ceiling it was obvious that this had been going on for a while. We'd had this fixed previously though the water had found a way to come back and had gotten much more serious. This occurred about March timeframe so it was problematic getting someone to come out. Tom came out with Alex and did a thorough check of the roof, found the area in question, and provided options. The part of the roof with problems wasn't quite a flat roof but wasn't pitched enough to always shed water. We wanted something we would never have to worry about again, plus while we were fixing this one side we figured on just doing the whole thing and making it right. Tom gave us a few different options. We did also contact a couple other roofing companies to get competing quotes. We decided to go with Tom because we felt the price was fair for the value - not cheap, or cheapest but well explained as to what was going to be done. We also had a solar installation to remove, and Tom knew of a firm that could do this (which ended up being the same people the solar company recommended). It took almost 6 weeks to get the requisite approvals from the town thanks to the 'Rona, but once that was done, we made our down payment and then maybe only another 2 weeks to get everything ordered and on-site. The crew ended up having to strip the roof down which was an unexpected add-on but not egregious. (This actually helped to ensure that we were able to get the water damaged area completely taken care of later.) The crew brought a big dump trailer and tarped off all of my gardens around the house. Considering what came off the house (two layers of shingles, tarpaper, drip edges, flashing, nails, etc.) they did a pretty good job keeping stuff from getting everywhere. There were a couple of spots where it wasn't perfect but they took care of it. The team that did the roof was extremely polite and professional. They came to the house early, worked their butts off all day, and stayed late. They definitely understood the technical aspects of the roof system and ensured that the components were applied in the right order, using the correct methods. It was easy to see they took pride in what they were doing. The results were outstanding. First and foremost, no more leaks (there was a false alarm on this but more about that in a bit). Second, the job they did was professional and looks great. The small details were well taken care of. Third, I had no issues getting a hold of Tom, Alex, or the team working on the house. I always knew what was going on. This extended to after the job was done. About 6 weeks after this finished, it had rained heavily and I discovered some water damage to a bathroom ceiling. Naturally, I thought something was wrong with the roof. So I texted Tom and asked him about it. He said he would be right on it. Alex called me in 5 minutes and set up a time to come take a look. Long story short, it wasn't the roof but the way the original plumber did the vent. Fixing the roof just exposed the problem with the way the vent was installed. I would recommend Tom and TH for roofs without reservation.
