Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. Additionally, they removed my strainer basket and cover and did not replace them, allowing for a great deal of debris to breach the pump. Upon phoning them, I was told that it was an oversight and would replace it upon their next visit. Unfortunately, it would remain this way for several weeks. When I happens to be here during the pool service, I requested that they reassemble the strainer but they had absolutely no idea what I was referring to. Within 5 minutes of them leaving the premises, I reviewed a text message saying they could no longer service the pool as I was "out of their service area. I live directly downtown Orlando and a quick search of their website service area shows I am in the heart of their service area. To add fuel to the fire, they have no notice of cancelation nor had any recommendations. I'm probably being generous at 2 stars, but at the end of the day, I definitely would not select them for my pool service needs.
