We'be been good customers until we sold our home and had a seizable refund coming. For some reason that's when they decided to dodge all followup calls from us and anytime I spoke to an office person (Devin) I was lied to. It's been several weeks now and I called to demand an overnight check or direct deposit and was told oh, it's in the refund department. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other. We were going to use them for our new home being built but I wouldn't use them to insure a doghouse.

I explained to him the policies I needed and what I was looking for that would fit in my financial scope. Dayo ( I call him Mr. D.) went beyond what I expected. He gave me detailed reports and outlined the coverage I was requesting. All the premiums were lower, and I am very pleased with his professionalism, his patience, and he was very informative.
