I called and called for 30 minutes off and on. Frantic, I finally drove there. The reason for no one answering the phones was very apparent, there are help wanted signs all over the front windows. Karla was the only one to arrive 10 minutes later. Upon showing her my letter, she looked up my account and said an agent had not properly signed the forms. I did not think it fair my policy was in danger of getting cancelled because of an insurance agent's ineptitude. She agreed and fixed it and put a call into underwriting. I explained to him the policies I needed and what I was looking for that would fit in my financial scope. Dayo ( I call him Mr. D.) went beyond what I expected. He gave me detailed reports and outlined the coverage I was requesting. All the premiums were lower, and I am very pleased with his professionalism, his patience, and he was very informative. This is a joke because Litterly this year I also had to take a loss with my house we pay insurance we ask for the best and once it comes down to getting repairs they don't respond they don't communicate they won't handle your case how it has to. Now I'm just so upset on how I'm almost paying 900$ and I still have to come out of pocket AGAIN . Worst insurance.(keep in mind each time it renews your insurance just goes up )
