My experience with the service department of Miele was almost as bad as dealing with Vodafone--a comparison I don't use lightly. It took me an hour or so to book a service and when I finally got through, I booked and waited on the day for the service person to turn up. No reminder text, no confirmation, just sit around the house waiting for the technician to grace me with his presence. Even my local hairdresser has a confirmation system, it's hardly high tech. As it turns out the appointment was not until the afternoon so I lost a whole day's work just to have a dishwasher inlet valve cleaned out. The service manager "Jeremy" wouldn't even return my call when I tried to suggest how they might improve their service. Moral of the story, Miele technology may be good but don't expect Miele service to be up to a similar standard. Sadly, it's not. read more
