The work was mostly completed but they had missed removing a few large logs at the top of the hill. I did pay in full but called and asked that they come back out when they could and complete the job. It was December and I understood that it might have to wait until spring. I called and spoke to Tom the owner in April and he assured me that when it dried up they would be out to compete the work. Well it's now almost June,five months since they were here to do the work, and the logs are still sitting at the top of the hill. Clearly once they have been paid in full they do not care about customer satisfaction. And yes my bad for paying before the work was finished. I say "trimmed" bcuz the "leads"--as they're properly called in Forestry (I did not know this)--were as large as MOST TREES. The guys worked their butts off: Started around 8:30-9 on a Saturday am and ended up finishing around 7p on Sunday night. Now here's the kicker: When they were done with all the cutting/loading of wood/brush--and I mean they took EV. RY. SINGLE STICK--the owner went around with a leaf blower and basically cleaned my entire yard. We had an old pile of decrepit wood that they took as well. And oh, btw: they ground every stump, INCLUDING A BONUS ONE FR A TREE THAT I'D CUT DOWN PREVIOUSLY. I'm sure with the state of the world, their prices have climbed commensurate with inflation, but at the time, they did allllll the work I'd mentioned for $4500. When I tried calling to correct errors, they were always defensive and unwilling to acknowledge any fault (thereby making any correction of the problems impossible). It seems they have a very short-term objective of making a fast buck; they don't seem to be looking ahead to establish a good reputation. I'd give them a zero rating if I could. My advice: find a different mowing company or buy a self-propelled electric mower. Firing this company was one of the highlights of my year; with Real Green out of my life, I have no more stress about screwed-up bills, broken agreements, disgust over incompetent/careless work, or failure to show up to mow during the peak growing season.
