I like to mow, trim and keep a nice yard (its my source of zen) so we use their yearly maintenance lawn/weed & grub/prevention/fertilizer program (4-5 treatments), although their full-service mowing and trimming is very good if you want them to do that. When they treat the lawn, They always drop off a paper explaining what they've done and any special instructions or recommendations. They also are very attentive with pets and keep detailed notes on each address for any special instructions (gates, garages, etc...) Their seed is the BEST (and greenest) shade/sun fescue mix I've ever used. They re-seeded, vertical-cut, and aerated my yard about four seasons ago and I'm very happy with our lawn. Bryan provided the best design vision and provided drawings for us to see his plan along with a competitive bid. They started the job on a timely basis and finished the job as quickly as weather allowed. Neighbors and family are all very impressed with the work. Care was given not to impact the surrounding area as much as possible but the scope of project made that nearly impossible. They put down sod and seeded areas that needed work after the project was complete. I will post some pictures once the surrounding areas fill in as I'm sure they will.
