No other Lawn Service that I have used was ever this unprofessional. Just because I had "debris" up against my garden in tge front yard only they said "I can't even mow your lawn because you have debris". Nothing was blocking the work. I have used a couple other lawn services and They had zero, ZERO issues with the "debris". They showed up late (almost 8pm). Trans/Homophobic as well. For example, one week the gate to my back yard was not securely latched when his team finished mowing/cleaning up the mown trimmings. I wrote a short note to Dennis explaining that it is important to secure the gate to my backyard because my dog got out of my yard and was wandering through my neighborhood. The very next time they mowed my yard, the gate was securely latched when they left - problem solved! Additionally, I was notified after work last night (a Thursday)that my roof installation was rescheduled to the very next Monday. My lawn has been on the Mon-Tues lawn mowing schedule and early this morning, I realized that my lawn mowing needed to be rescheduled around the roof installation. So I messaged Dennis first thing this morning to explain what had happened and ask if they could fit my lawn into the schedule for today or tomorrow (Saturday) prior to my roof installation. I wasn't sure if they could get it done but they did! I arrived home a few minutes ago to a freshly mown lawn and securely latched back gate! I highly recommend Buddy Rogers & Son Lawn Company, they will take excellent care of your lawn for a very reasonable price!
