S P 1 review…read more Service: Roof installation Critical: Professionalism If I could give a negative star I'd give five negative stars for poor business conduct.. In 2021 Mid Town did approximately 58,000 of roof work on our Condos. In 2022, I became the Treasurer of my HOA. I realized that the Management Company whom did the Contracting with Cory as our Agent, refused to disclose all financial records to the board. After many back and forth, she sent me an assessment for one building when we had roofing done on two complex. While dealing with the Management Company I decided to reach out to Corey the owner. I explained to him my situation, and why I am requesting records, preparing for an audit. He said he would need to talk to the Management Company first. I gave him permission to verify my position on the board with the Management Company as well. The next day when Corey and I touch base again, he told me he will only disclose records with the Management Company. I ask Corey if he could give me his email so I can have my lawyer correspond with him. His exact words are, "I will give you nothing!" I am not upset that Corey is making sure he doesn't breach contract, I am upset that he completely refused my offer to find a way through my legal council to make sure we both are acting within our legal abilities to exchange information. It is pretty disheartening to think that our HOA funds went to give this man business and he has no qualms about treating me, the actual customer that funded him so disrespectfully and refusing to cooperate after he has our payment. Update: I didn't get the information directly from Mid Towne, the Management company sent me some copy of records to include two checks paid to Mid Towne. One was "hand written" for $14,000 and not recorded in quick book. Worst was that the cost was reported to us as 56,000 but the record shows it was 58,484 that was paid out. Not only that, when I finally retrieve the BID with a demand letter from my lawyer and a huge argument with the Management company, the record shows that we took the highest BID for a lesser value roof (25-30 yrs) compared to the other two companies (50 yr value for 51,000). Turns out, that our Management company and Mid Towne has known each other for "20 years" and highly regards and respects each other. Corey sent me a bogus letter from his lawyer to demand I take my review down or he will sue me. So my lawyer sent Corey a letter of "record preservation" I will update later as new developments happens.

Worked with Corey when our roof started leaking after the torrential rainstorm in August…read more Unfortunately for us it was found that our roof had been installed incorrectly with the previous owner and Corey worked with us and our insurance company, talking with us on the phone multiple times, coming over and going over our roof with the insurance inspector and educating us on what went wrong and how to avoid the same mistakes in the future. The roof was installed without proper venting and although our insurance co wasn't willing to cover it Corey worked with us to come up with a price for a roof replacement that worked for both of us. Corey was extremely good at communicating (easy to get ahold of and if you didn't get through called you back right away), was honest, kind, courteous, performed top-quality work and was reasonable both in cost and speed of job completion. We replaced our 3 skylights with him too and met an amazing drywaller/painter through him too! We will never work with anyone else for any roofing or skylight needs! Corey is simply the best. They don't make them like Corey anymore. Book him if you're looking for an honest roofer/remodeler/construction co without the run around.

I spoke to several companies for quotes. Some never got back to me after our initial talk. I had quite a few companies come out to give me quotes. I choose Deck Dogs because I felt Angie really understood my needs and gave me suggestions based on that and our family's lifestyle (2 active little kids that live to be outside, puppy who can't get enough of outdoors, and a place for us to relax). We also looked at options for materials and colors and what would stand up best to my family. I appreciated that she left me with everything I needed (bag of many decking samples, information for railing and lighting packages). The quote was also the easiest and most straight forward. They're pretty busy with everyone wanting home improvements due to COVID and more time at home. My deck project was completed a good 2 months before I was expecting it. And the quickness and thoroughness when the job started was amazing. They were very efficient, very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They removed my old deck from my home builder that was of questionable quality and installing a new, larger one. Everything looks seamless. We love it. They went above and beyond what I expected (moving my kiddos sandbox and then moving to back and refilling it), patching all the spots where our previous footings were, and spreading the mulch we had under our deck to cover the bare spot where the old stairs were. Way beyond what I expected and the deck looks amazing!

Very knowledgeable about composite decking and answered all our questions. She left the samples for us and gave us time to decide. No high-pressure sales! We started this process pretty late in the spring, so had to wait till August until they could get to us, but it was so worth the wait! Chris and his crew were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, but always had time to be pleasant and chat/answer questions. Their work is pristine; every joint matches exactly. We are so impressed! Best part was it only took 3 days and they were done. Plenty of time to enjoy our beautiful new deck before winter. We also like that Deck Dogs gave us a good credit for disassembling and hauling away our old one. Win-Win. We definitely recommend this company!

What a pleasure to write a review of Kittleson Landscape! We have worked with them for many years…read morefor both our personal home and business. Because of their outstanding service our extended family members also use their services. They have designed and installed paver hard scapes, redesigned and cared for our pond, installed and maintained trees, snowplowed, cured storm damages to our trees and property, and have stood behind the landscape materials they have used without question. Work at our new business site was complex and the outcome beautiful. Their communication are stellar. Often our texts are answered within minutes, and their follow up work has always been accomplished in a very timely manner. ALL of the staff are respectful of our property and of us as homeowners. We often remark that they are now like our extended family. The proof is in the many finished projects! Dan and Margaret Hamilton

When I needed my two 9X7 garage doors replaced, I called R&R. The craftsman came out and in one day did a complete tear off of the old doors, install the new doors, and clean up the area completely. I was pleased with the cost as well. Turns out R&R had replaced the garage door on my in-laws house in Arena. I highly recommend these guys.

By the end of the first year on their annual plan Schulenberg's had the yard in very good condition. During 2017, our second year, the lawn is in terrific condition and among the very best in the neighborhood. It's hard to find a single weed and the long is golf course quality. I just mow it and leave the rest to them. Our neighbors often ask us who we are using for lawn care as the turnaround has been remarkable. The price is right and the service and attention to detail is outstanding in every regard. As a homeowner for nearly 40 years I have tried several lawn care companies with reasonable success. Schulenberg's performance has been far, far above the others. I don't know who you may be using for lawn care service today but if you make the switch you will be blown away by the results and will become a lifelong customer!

(It trapped water against the house.) Bel-Aire also has awful service too! Bullying in texting wanting their money before the work was done correctly. Contractor also got in my neighbor lady's face screaming and swearing at her. At 4am today, 4 inches of water pooled up in front of my stove. Water ruined microwave, stove, hardwood flooring, and possibly electrical unit in the basement. Still waiting 7.5 hours for Bel-Aire to show up and look at the damage. Five of my neighbors have huge complaints as well! And I am sure there's more... so, beware!
