During the appointment, the doctor was extremely rude and condescending while explaining the patient's eyesight condition. I was shocked by her lack of empathy and her mean-spirited tone. At one point, she even stated, "Why are you here? We are not going to treat your eye condition." We were well aware of the situation, but were attending the clinic for a necessary yearly visit. Furthermore, throughout our visit, the doctor was pacing from room to room while yelling at her staff, which created a very uncomfortable environment. Due to this experience, we will never return to this clinic, nor will we refer anyone else to your practice. I believe it is important for you to be aware of how patients are being treated. (She was an Asian/female) - of course I can be wrong on her nationality she was short.

As I never had eye injection done before in my life , I didn't know what to expect and was understandably scared. He rushed through the entire procedure by quickly putting eye drops and proceeding immediately with the injection. When I saw the needle heading for my eye, I flinched on impulse and got yelled by this jerk . The jerk yelled at me " are you fucking nuts" , just imagine doctor yelling this during procedure. I felt excruciating pain as he injected needle in my eye. Once again , he clearly rushed (as he told me that he does 25 of these injections a day) and numbing drops clearly were not working yet . I asked my parents who had multiple eye injections done about what they felt during this procedure , they said barely felt anything. The same was confirmed by others. He is simply jerk and uncaring butcher. Left him immediately and went to another specialist.

It shows they care for their patients. Nurse Dawn took a detailed history for our daughter (who had gotten a scary read from an optometrist yesterday). Dawn made us all very comfortable as she did some initial tests. And when we saw Dr Ravage, he was efficient, but thorough, reassuring and informative. In all, he was able to put us at ease and let us know our daughter would be just fine. We are so grateful they fit us in, so we only had one night yesterday without sleep, rather than many nights otherwise waiting to get in for an appointment. So yes, you may have to wait longer to see the doctor but that's because they are taking time with each patient, just as they will take time with you. It will be a happy New Year's day for us, thanks to Dr. Ravage and his office.
