Do not use this towing company. The starter went out in my Jeep stranding me in ALDIs parking lot…read more I called AAA to have it towed to my mechanic. AAA had Granger towing come pick it up. I met the tow truck driver at ALDIs to give him the keys to my Jeep. When I got there the driver had it chained up ready to be loaded on his flatbed. But he must not have checked where his hooks were placed because after my Jeep was fixed I drove it home and it did not drive right. In order to go straight my steering wheel has to be turned to the right. At this point I didn't know why my Jeep was driving weird but I knew it had to be the way it was towed. While driving my girlfriend called Grangers to do a complaint. The owner was very rude to her and told her that the way my Jeep was towed was not the reason why it was steering so bad and basically told her that she didn't know what she was talking about. Not getting anywhere with them we decided that I needed to get an alignment. Unfortunately I have to wait because the shop is booked up for two weeks. Still being curious of why my Jeep is driving the way it is I decided to take a look under it. Right away looking underneath I have found the problem. When the tow truck driver hooked up my Jeep, one of the hooks was hooked on my tie rod and bent it. Finding this out I have done a complaint with AAA since the owner of Grangers was so hard to talk to. AAA is going to do an investigation on my complaint and I will have to wait and see what happens. If you have your vehicle towed have the driver check to make sure he hooked it up correctly. If I can I will come back and edit this review with the results.

He is an honest mechanic, and that is rare at any price. You can depend on him where you can't count on the other guys. I found out about him when my Pastor had me take the Church van to him for repairs, and I knew the price I would have expected on the work to be done. Not only was he very reasonable, but he spotted another issue that would have created a real problem down the line, and after looking it over the Church decided they really wanted him to do the work. Since then he has been their go-to. Mine too, and I send my family and friends there. Don't pay any attention to the people giving him bad comments. I think they are just cases where people are down on what they're not up on.

I had my instrument cluster repaired by GM Gauge Repair. I was a little concerned about sending it…read moreacross the country and never seeing it again. It had all the typical problems a 2005 GMC would have. I figured I would give it a try since the local dealer was several hundred dollars more. Prior to sending I used the contact form on the web page asking a couple of questions. I had no response from them. My first thought was go someplace else. I decided I would at least give them a call. Todd answered the phone right away. I asked him about the contact page I submitted. He said he never got it and always replied. He answered all of my questions and I sent it in. Considering it was on the other side of the country from me it took 4 days by ground to get to them and it was late afternoon. The next day I got a call from them. It was the standard rebuild we had discussed earlier and the quoted price. I paid by credit card over the phone and it was on its way back to me the same day. I received it back and everything works as it was designed. I wish I had not waited 3 years to take care of it. I would and do recommend GM Gauge Repair.
