While I felt like the other orthodontists were steering me towards more expensive options, Dr. Mike knew immediately what was most practical for my particular case. I ended up getting Invisalign on just my top teeth and I only had to wear the trays for a few months. This was a pleasant surprise because the other orthodontists wanted me to wear the trays for years. The price was reasonable and the process was very easy. I'm very happy with how my teeth look and I often get compliments from friends and family.

I read the review from Ivey, another client and I have to say I feel the same way. That lady she is…read moretalking about, all of them really are so rude. Whenever I am making my next appt and I can't take the first one she suggests, she just picks a day and time without even asking me if it works for my schedule. Last time I was there she asked me if I wanted to come on the same day and when I said that wasn't going to work she glared at me. Next thing you know she is slapping the appt card down in front of me and it already has a time on it. She didn't even care if it works for us. I thought maybe she just hated my family. She also didn't bother (nor does she ever) say thank you, good-bye or anything. Even my kids think the front desk people are rude. I feel I was duped into believing this was a nice place with nice people but right now I can't wait for it to be over so I don't have to have them treat us this way anymore. And apparently him talking to his staff didn't work.

The bottom teeth were very crooked but even the top just kept getting worse as the years went by. I decided that I would get braces along with my daughter. Right away, I could tell that everybody in the office and the dentist, Dr. Mahdi, was very kind and laid-back. They were able to accommodate our schedules and got us in on Saturday appointments every time. I felt the price was very affordable and we even have top and bottom permanent retainers, which I feel is a must! I got the clear braces and people barely noticed them. What I noticed right away is that my teeth started to shift back into place within just a few short months. I just got my braces off last week and I am thrilled at the results. Here's what brought me to Blooming Braces..... I wasn't looking for a quick fix, I wanted to maintain my dental health and preserve my natural healthy teeth permanently . Secondly, I was looking for a fabulous-expensive looking smile. I wanted to make sure that the doctor I chose was young and stylish and saw the importance of a great and beautiful smile. I am much more confident now and I find that I smile more often. Especially now that these masks are off, I feel good about showing my teeth! Thank you so much, Dr. Mahdi!

We contacted Sarah, the Director of Operations, and were able to secure an appointment within days. Sarah truly gave a great first impression of the organization. We arrived for our 5pm appointment at 4:50pm and immediately greeted by Mary who led us back. Mary took our son for imaging and came back and have a comprehensive explanation between treatment options. Mary is a true professional who is kind and caring. Dr. Bicknell then came into the consultation room and went through our sons images with us. Dr. Bicknell took a tremendous amount of time to thoroughly explain our options, answer questions, and give his professional opinion. I have never encountered a doctor who had such a great demeanor and was able to explain the treatment options as Dr. Bicknell. Although there are many other Orthodontic offices much closer and more convenient to where we reside, I won't go to any other office because of how great the operation is run and the level of care and treatment Advanced Orthodontic Specialists offers.

Okay, have a seat and the doctor will see you shortly." Not at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists. I'm always greeted by my first name the moment I walk through the door. The desk receptionists make a point of treating each patient like a person, remembering names and sometimes facts about the person. Many times while in the waiting room, I've heard the girls at the front desk ask patients how their soccer games went or if they had a fun time on vacation.   That's not to mention the very short wait times. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a waiting room for well past my appointment time. This has never happened at Dr. Bicknell's office.  I'm always being seated within 10 minutes of entering the office. The office itself is extremely clean and inviting. It even has a video game room and tooth brushing station!   The care received always surpasses my expectations. Dr. Bicknell and the assistants are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
