It has taken me years to even write this post. I have been so severely damaged from Dr Hannah and the Dr that works with her. She encouraged me to have my upper teeth pulled and a plate put in saying if down the road I could have implants to go that route. I trusted her and allowed her male Dr in her office to do so. I had six caps on my front teeth. He took a wrench and pulled them out in a matter of five minutes. I was never the same after this. Long story short. Was at the mayo clinic 4 times was diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome one of the most severe due to head trauma from this procedure. I have to date live in chronic agony beyond what any words to convey. Have had over $80,000 of dental work done since. Nothing can undo what this Dr had done to me. I am "incurable" based on the mayo clinic and a slew of neurologists and medical dr's I have seen over the years. I kept going back to Dr Hannah when this happened she said she had no idea and never seen this happen. After seeing top oral surgeons over the years. Bottom line is this. My upper grouping of 6 permanent caps ( which had teeth under them, as that is what a cap is " should have been hand removed not yanked with a wrench in a ten minute procedure". The "head trauma of this caused incurable burning mouth syndrome ". The only reason I finally now am willing to write this is to try to save someone else from ever experiencing this. My quality of life is next to none, I have to work 10 hours a day and each day I don't know how I get thru. Anyone is free to contact me and I am still seeing prothedontist and oral surgeons. The financial toll has been beyond words but nothing , nothing will compare to the agony I live in daily with what dr Hannah and her colleague did to me. Went there with a broken tooth, emergency situation. They evaluated it and said that I needed a crown, till now everything is normal. My insurance is PPO and Bright Dental is part of the network, so they should know all the expenses. The lady told me that the insurance might not cover your broken tooth so you will pay everything out of your pocket, and continued,the insurance companies usually try to deny any payments. Asked her to call the insurance, she said it'll take long time on the phone and they have to ask another doctors so it is not a good idea to call them. Every time I gave a suggestion that might work, she gave an excuse not to do it. Then she suggested to make a full month exam so the insurance company will approve the coverage. I'm like what the heck? I'm here in an emergency situation where I have a broken tooth, why would you do a full moth Xray and evaluation?? Is that to fool the insurance company instead of treating my single broken tooth? I was so mad and left the clinic without treatment. I'm disappointed with the way they treated me, especially when I called my insurance. The agent on the phone was so nice and said that, everything is clear in your policy and said that they could have done the work and eventually, we will send the approval. He stated that he will call them to explain my policy to them. They will call me back, but I'm not going to go to them any more. Thay can make their money somewhere else, not fooling the insurance company through me. Please be careful and pay attention to what they tell you if you decide to go to them. read more

Absolutely the worst experience here. I called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter who is 19 months old. I was told she would be able to be seen and made sure to be ready for the appointment. When I showed up we were taken to the room where an assistant tried to lay the seat back and my daughter started crying she immediately said it would be too hard to try and clean her teeth and sent in another woman who told me at the dentist wouldn't be able to see my daughter because there's nothing she would be able to do because she was too upset. Mind you, all she was doing was crying, like children normally do when they're a little afraid of something. The dentist came in and explain the same thing I told her I was very frustrated and she said that she could recommend a pediatric dentist. I asked why I wasn't told us at the time of making the appointment and she said she wasn't sure. When I spoke with the woman who I booked the appointment with, she told me because of my daughter situation having most of her teeth come in early she scheduled the appointment, but because my daughter was too upset they would not be able to see her. I told her that my daughter cries whether it's a dentist, doctor, or something she just doesn't wanna do. That's just part of the deal. That should not be a reason to deny service. Her excuse or come back I should say, was my children don't cry at the dentist, absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service, waste of my time, horrible business practice. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and every time I do come its always very comfortable, everyone here is very nice, and the bathrooms and the eating room is very neat. they make everything less scary then what it actually is.
