Great customer service, too, as Gail the owner called me after I left the store to make sure I was comfortable with the approach they were going to use on my stubborn stain - they definitely went above & beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer! And their price was much less than I expected, for the quality results that I received! I would highly recommend Suds Stor & More for anyone looking for great laundry service at a great price!

Do NOT use this location for Ubox moving containers…read more Delivery drivers are incompetent and rude. Needed my containers put in front of a barn on property. With 1 inch of snow on ground he refused to drive his truck on driveway to barn. Scared he was going to get stuck and threatened that I would have pay towing bill. Calling his dispatcher did not resolve the situation. She, Jocelyn, was equally as rude. Claimed that there "equipment" was not able to drive in 1 inch of snow to barn. What? He's driving a semi in Minnesota!! The truck was capable, the driver was not! I was given a choice of the containers being dropped at the top of my driveway or they would take BACK to their storage facility and I could unload them there!! My containers came from Florida and I had great service all the way from them. Wish they had to be dropped at Winona Uhaul as that's where it all got ugly. Jocelyn and her driver need to both go back through training for driving semis and especially customer service.

We hired Darin and Winona Moving and Storage. We were nervous and had heard all the horror stories about moving companies but none of them were true. The crew showed up on time, were very polite and knew their job. Upon arrival to our new house everything was put in the correct room, all the beds, tables, dressers & mirrors, etc. were put together and set-up. This was not an easy move, they filled a 50 ft. semi to the top and nothing was broken, lost or needed any repair. As far as we're concerned this was one of the best parts of us moving. Thanks guys!
