Dr. Lalehzari's office facilitated ordering a specific lab test from a lab company for me. The lab test took over three weeks to be delivered to my house. When it arrived, it was the wrong test. I don't believe the long wait was this office's fault, but I do believe receiving the wrong test was an error from Dr. Lalehzari's office. Via email, I was sent the lab results from another patient. I know it was a mistake, but that seems like something you would want to double-check. I scheduled a telehealth visit with the doctor over two weeks out. With less than 24 hours' notice, her office called and asked me to move up the appointment by one hour. I called back, and no one was available, so their answering service answered. I told the person at the answering service that I could not make the appointment one hour earlier. I was told this would be relayed to the doctor. It was not. I was then told that I could make an appointment another two weeks out, but that they would put me on a wait list on a sticky note. In my patient portal, there were links to files. Two of the files were from a completely different doctor. I asked this office about these files, and they could not give me a reasonable explanation and told me not to worry about them. The amount of errors, miscommunication, and terrible service makes me wonder how many other things are going on behind the scenes that I did not see that are mistakes, errors, or a lack of care? To say I am extremely disappointed with this office and how they operate is a massive understatement!

Therefore, now I may not even be able to get seen and spend extra money out of pocket in addition to their fees. This is extremely inconvenient. Their office staff finally responded to me that they believed I was "just too busy to try clicking a link" after my 3rd response about having issues accessing the patient portal and explaining that me credentials would not work. This is in addition to the nightmare of trying to schedule a follow up appointment with the office staff and the insanely passive aggressive emails and responses I received during that process of simply trying to schedule a follow up appointment. Steer clear of this place at all costs. There are too many doctor offices with office staff who treat patients with the baseline level of respect we expect to be treated with, and this is not one of those offices. I've also included photos that (1) show the first email I sent June 1st to the office politely explaining how the patient portal wouldn't allow me to access my bill and (2) show their unprofessional response suggesting I'm a liar who was "too busy" to click a link. I was seen on time, had a 40 minute one on one conversation with my doctor, had my blood drawn and left with all my questions answered. My results arrived in my email the next day with a personalized explanation of the results from my physician. I also loved that the doctors here seem to explain the thought processes and reasoning behind their diagnosis and recommendations. They don't push meds or excessive tests and seem to be very knowledgeable. Could not recommend them more!
