He broke the damper, leaving it open, unable to close, but I call that broken! He said it would take 2 guys and more equipment to fix it and it would be when the season quieted down. OK we understand, we can wait! Months go by, no call, nothing. Finally in August my husband and I decided maybe they forgot so I call. Guy says our work order is on the board, but no date. So we wait. And wait and wait! About 3 weeks ago I started calling again. We'll call you back, no call. I call again, same thing, no call back. Stopped in the store on a Monday. Manager/owner says maybe Friday, I will call you Wednesday. No call back Wed, Thu, Fri. IS IT THAT HARD TO RETURN A PHONE CALL??? I call again and ask for manager. He will call you back. Yeah I bet. Nope. So today I stopped again. Manager/owner comes out TALKING AT ME, OBVIOUSLY ANGRY AND IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. I KEPT TRYING TO SAY THAT I WANT A DATE FOR REPAIR. He continuously interrupted and overtalked me, would only say he was too busy and didn't have any guys over there, and he would get it when he could, shorthanded, AND he told me that storming in here and yelling (EXCUSE ME? He is a holy roller who manipulates old people within a church. He is a very sore loser when he doesn't get a job that he over bids to begin with. All the legit honest contractors are retired I recommend anyone out of town before this guy. This guy charged a family member of mine $10,000 to redrywall and paint a 10x10 room. A $3,500 job at the most. He took trim and hid all the corners with trim instead of using mud. Some areas had almost a 2 inch gap. On top of the outrageous price it took them a more than a month to do a week job. Again he doesn't do the work, his flunkies who barely show up do the work and a piss poor job at that.
