I'm talking about the borders of that truck stop. There are a lot of garbage. Next the bathrooms aren't clean at all and it has the weird smell. It smells like heavy mold there and instead of AC they have cheap fan that blows on you. It was really uncomfortable there i felt regret that I didn't stop 20 miles before Kansas City. There is also not parking here at all this truck stop looks very small. I'm highly suggesting to stop somewhere else before the Kansas City if you will come here in the evening, you will regret it because you will not find here no parking. After several delays, I was sent a tracking number that showed activity even though the flowers had never actually shipped. Weeks later, I was told the orders still hadn't been sent. Because I no longer needed the flowers, I requested both orders be canceled, and the seller agreed. However, the orders were apparently never fully canceled in the system, and weeks later my debit card began receiving payment attempts for products I never received. The seller was polite in our conversations and stated that Faire handles billing and cancellations, but as the customer I was left spending significant time trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled long before. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, shipping delays, and cancellation problems caused unnecessary stress and ultimately cost me business opportunities. I hope they improve their order management and communication so other customers don't have the same experience.
