I brought my 2018 Goldwing in for new tires and was told that the bolt recall must be done. We…read morediscussed the recall and I asked that the oil and filters be changed and was told that is part of the recall. When service was done I called and again asked was oil and filters changed and I was told yes. After loading motorcycle in trailer I laid down and noticed filters had not been changed. I went back in and service writer went back talked to technician and said filters were not part of the recall. I was frustrated as the filters were specifically talked about and confirmed to have been changed. I asked for RJ's to give me the filters and I would change them myself. I was told that they could not give me the filters and I could purchase them at cost while also complaining Honda does not give them enough labor for the recall. (NOT MY FAULT!!) This is the third Goldwing I have purchased from RJ's and they can not afford to correct their mistake over the cost of two oil filters. I now have a new Goldwing that was not purchased at RJ's and will be sure not to have any service done from a dealer with such poor integrity.
