Can only speak for my own experience, much different than the other reviews. Fair prices and one of the best overall service experiences of any kind. Riding US-2 out west and need to stop in for 12k maintenance + new tires on my Yamaha FJ-09. Call a day in advance and they are super helpful on the phone, ordering my tires from a nearby warehouse and agree to squeeze me in at 3pm the next day on short notice. I show up a bit late (my fault) but they are accommodating and get me right in without chastising me. Spend the next 2 hours chatting with 5 or 6 of the staff from sales to service, all excited to chat about my trip, their past trips and general advice for a relative newbie. They even take me out back to teach me some key pointers in maintaining my bike. The only thing they needed to do was service my bike, not take the time to get to know me, talk with me in detail and even teach me about bike maintenance. They helped me figure out a good place to stay for the night in nearby Bemidji and stopped me from heading out straight into a storm. Been coming here for years. Always high prices with average service. We paid for new/rebuild motor(x2) but always receive sub par service that doesn't work for more than a year. They charge an arm and a leg for yearly maintenance and storage. Word to the wise, find a different local or TC shop/dealer This place will run you dry before your seadoo is paid off. read more

Will never bring another piece of equipment in here again. Having the same issue over and over with my 4-wheeler and snowmobile. Every time I pick it up they tell me the same thing. Few days later I have the same problem. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. read more
